Those sure looked like Venus Tuskfish to me as we get plenty down here on the Gold Coast. Possibly husband and wife out for a romantic dinner then WHAM! Single mother raising the kids. Tragic. Lovely Red mate and keep up the good work.

Yeah after a bit of research afterwards we came to the conclusion Matty was right and it was a Venus!

Great video, I must point out that humble cod in the local fish market was fillets at $85.00 a kilo. For the image of non want fish has disappeared forever . This was about 300km down the coast where you fish. Thanks again!

Why aren't u talking up the squidtrex as well. I see all lures work but I suspect u Boyz also use real fresh squid as u drop them lures in as a backup plan
