    Tell him to invite quinn panganiban for grappling, dude is strong AF and internationally ranked #1 heavy at BB BJJ (30-35) and competing at purple next year. A true test of explosive strength training.

    If this template is as good as your oly, which sequenced the snatch effectively by having me go from 100 for 1 power to 3 after a week and some coaching from DJ, T'Mond and Legend, (my apologies for forgetting your lady trainer(...I put the blinders up but did everything she told me to) then footballers need to listen up.

    Football players jump higher and farther, are way stronger, and run faster than any basketball player. These attributes help in every sport. Training like a basketball player isn’t a thing.

    There’s really nothing different, these workouts will translate to any sport. Only basketball workouts there are is skill workouts for it

    U literally dnt need anything except for a good cardio. There are no sudden stops and turn arounds and tackles in cricket unlike football.

    @@livefree5236 No you are wrong here , cricket also requires explosive strength ,functional strength , agility to take quick singles to reach to the ball as fast as ball , lateral movements , speed etc.
