Steak that goes well with the end of December.
The main dish of the year-end party, beef wellington 🍖
Normally, in Wellington, handmade ham andduxel are in it.
Since my wife doesn't like mushrooms, in my own style.
I changed it.
If you like the existing Wellington,
Try this recipe, too.
It's more difficult than I thought.
It's hard to do it easily, but slowly for 2-3 days,
If you do one step at a time, all you have to do is put it in the oven.
It's a dish. It's perfect for a year-end party.👍
How to make beefwellington steak.
* After seasoning 400g of beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, wrap it in plastic wrap,
Store it in the refrigerator for a day (recommend at least 3 hours).
* For 10 kale pieces, just trim the roots.
* Chop 1/2 of the onions finely.
* Chop 10 hash browns finely.
* Put oil on the pan, stir-fry onions, and use 1T of hash brown + truffle paste.
Put it in and stir-fry it on low heat.
* Put oil on the pan and bake the kale a bit.
* After taking out the tenderloin from the refrigerator (1 day later~)
* Put oil on the pan and grill the meat to suit your taste.
(I recommend medium M or medium well-done MW)
* Making mustard sauce (Holgrain mustard 1ts + mayonnaise 1ts)
* Put the plastic wrap on top, put the grilled tenderloin on top, and then the mustard sauce.
Put it on and store it in the refrigerator for an hour.
* Spread the pastry dough into 30cm x 30cm thin pieces.
* Put the kale on top of the pastry batter.
* Put hash brown on top of the kale.
* Put the tenderloin on top and roll it up like gimbap.
* Store it in the refrigerator for a day. (Recommend at least 3 hours)
* No Brand Steak Sauce 300g + Red Wine 100g + Black Pepper 1ts.
When it boils, add 2Ts of butter and boil it for 10 minutes on low heat.
* Add 2 yolks and 1Ts of milk and make egg water.
* Roll the new pastry dough into 15cm x 30cm pieces.
* Add cuts in 2cm apart.
* Take out the meat from the refrigerator and spread the egg mixture evenly.
* Put pastry dough with cuts on top.
* Cut the rest with a knife.
* Add egg water one more time.
* Bake it in a 200 degree oven for 50 minutes.
* Cut it into bite-size pieces and eat it with steak sauce.
@ You can make it in a day, but then there will be a lot of empty space in Wellington.
So I recommend you to refrigerate it for 2-3 days ^^

    썸네일 보고서, 아 이제 거북이까지 만드시는구나 싶어 화들짝 놀라 눌렀습니다… 파이 종류 같아 보이긴 하는데 난생 처음보는 음식 조리과정에 넋 놓고 봤어요! 케일 굽는 거 보고 저렇게 구울 수도 있구나 싶었어요, 재료들이 흔히 냉장고에 있는 재료들은 아니지만 기회되면 꼭 도전해 보고 싶단 생각 들었네요. 5:05 가끔씩 출연해 주는 집주인님 넘 귀엽❣️

    이번 요리는 난이도가 좀 높은 요리이기는 하지만 2~3일 전에 하나하나씩 준비하고 손님 오시는 날이나 특별한 당일날 오픈에만 넣으면 완성할 수 있는 요리예요 나중에 기회가 된다면~도전해보세요~😄 5:05 나오는 친구는 셋째 "살구"예요~ 오늘 하루도 편안한 밤 되세요🤗
