The perfect cake for relaxing summer days! Simple and delicious recipe
This cake with apricots is incredibly tender and creamy! The apricot cake melts in your mouth. It is the best recipe with apricots and cream. Anyone can bake this delicious cake! And your guests will enjoy this apricot cake, so tender, airy and fruity! A fantastic recipe. Cake in 15 minutes. Very tasty, a cake that you can bake every day!
Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
3 larger eggs
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
A pinch of salt
100 g flour (3/4 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Baking pan: 18 x 28 cm / 7 x 10.5 inches
180 °C (356 °F) top and bottom heat for 12 -- 15 minutes
Once the cake has cooled completely, cut it in half.
Place the thicker half on a cake plate.
If necessary, use cake foil
About 500 g apricots (about 2 1/2 cups)
150 ml water (3/5 cup)
60 g sugar (1/3 cup)
heat
Cover and let simmer for a few minutes.
Some cold water.
3 tablespoons corn starch
Add the dissolved cornstarch while stirring.
Continue to cook gently until it thickens.
Season with sugar to taste.
My apricots were very sour...
Then let it cool down.
400 g cream cheese (1 3/5 cups)
100 g crème fraiche (or sour cream) 2/5 cup)
250 ml whipped cream (1 cup)
1 pack of vanilla sugar (8 g, 2 teaspoons)
70 g sugar (1/3 cup)
50 g coconut (1/2 cup)
Assemble the cake as shown in the video.
Chill for at least 3 hours.
It tastes delicious!

    Herzlichen Dank fürndas tolle Video!❤❤❤Ich habe eine Frage- MUSS ich Stärkemehl nehmen? Auch bei den anderen Rezeoten verwendest Du Stärkemehl.Ich habe hier beim Lebensmittelmarkt keine gefunden, es gibt die urgendwo bestimmt, aber ich habe keine momentan.Wird mir der Kucjen gelingen auch ohne Stärkemehl? Lirbe Grüße aus Stuttgart!❤

    Bitte sehr gerne! 😊 Ja man braucht unbedingt Stärkemehl (Maisstärke oder Kartoffelstärke), da dies die Aprikosenmasse verdickt, ansonsten wäre es zu flüssig! Man macht damit quasi einen Pudding. Man kônnte aber auch stattdessen Puddingpulver nehmen, das gibt es fast überall zu kaufen. Zubereitung genauso wie beim Stärkemehl. 😊 💖
