But me, my mother and sister is effected by covid 19
I have personal experience of this pranayam. When I saw mild symptoms of Covid-19 I have started doing pranayama and specially while doing bhramari pranayama I relished mild pain in my stomach and chest which disappeared which regular exercises. I have done this 10-15 times twice a day. Early in the morning and in the evening. Please do it. It is very effective.

As a yoga teacher I welcome this teaching wholeheartedly. I have already included this pranayama in conjunction with Shanmukhi Mudra while conducting online group practice for my students. Creation of nitrous oxide as a means of keeping the virus at bay is something everyone is in need of at this juncture and this is something you can do for free.

Do we need to this bhramari pranayam on an empty stomach? If we have to do it during the day, how long after a meal can this be done?

@@hema4311 Normally you can perform any yogic practice, say 3 hours after a usual meal. If you have had a heavy meal, then 4 hours later. You can also have a cup of tea half an hour before yogic practice.

It's helped lots I'm a covide +v person with my lungs effect 16 points higher risk but I did all lung breath exercise. That's why for 18 days I'm not admitted hospital yet...and still did...
