It wouldn't. I've always ridden my race bike "aluminum" on street only doing airs and gaps and light grinds or stalls. Nothing crazy. No damage. Just minor scratches.

It’s narrow mate! Although the KMC Kool chains come in both widths 👌🏼

I know this is an old video, but I just picked up a Staats Bloodline and I was wondering how them rear drops outs/hanger hold up to real racing abuse over time?

Hey mate! Thanks for the comment! Hope you love your bloodline? I’m still riding mine to this day with no issues at all with the rear end 👌🏼 I would only suggest checking all the bolts are tight, but that would fall into just general maintenance and I know you’d be up with that 🤘🏼

I ride aluminum and it’s held up for 2 years of riding + the years of riding from original owner so aluminum is still good 👍
