Daniel Sprong could be a good addition. He was really solid, this past season, even strength, as a bottom six player. Personally, I'd like to see the Pens youngsters come into camp and play so well that they make guys like Rust and Rakell expendable. Not, necessarily, to be able to trade anyone, but to have prospects capable of hanging with the top six.

I will be there for the last game of the season against the Caps. First live game ever for me. April 17th is the day that we start our hollydays in Spain, and lucky for me we play our last game at home and that date. It will be also my first time in the states. Can't Wait!!

Karlsson ended the season strong and looked great on Team Sweden in the world champs, amd made the allstar team for that tournament. I think he has found his place and will be great next season. Aho is a pretty good defensive D. At that cap, great value. Shelter Graves, make his stats look good, then ship that contract.

I'm going to try to make the first Pens game in SLC in January. I was at the Pens first visit to Vegas in 2017 so now I have a pattern to maintain.

Competition is good, defence wasn't really the problem last year. I see an improvement

The summer is still early and I dont think this is all the moves that will be made. But I'm not very hot on the direction things are going.

Tarasenko is off the table now as I'm sure you guys heard. Pens still badly need a top 6 winger. As much as I like Drew O'Connor he needs to be on the third, he's an ideal third line player. Don't get me wrong, he hung in there with Sid last season, but he just doesn't have the hands honestly. I still wish Dubas would've made a push for Jeff Skinner. He signed for only one year and 3 mil in Edmonton, I don't see why Dubas couldn't have offered even a little more than that.

This team as constructed right now on paper is a bottom 10 team in the league next season. Maybe they surprise and get a wild card spot but they are not a cup contender. Im the type with my teams making the playoffs and losing in 1st rd is not a good season. I would rather my team get highest draft pick as possible if they have no chance at championship. There's a few capitals fans in my area and they were soo happy caps made playoffs and penguins didnt. I said what did they embarrassment of a playoff series get you other then a lower draft pick.

Before the year we needed to fix the following: 1LW to play with Sid, Top 4 LD, and bottom six scoring. So far we truly haven't improved or upgraded any of those positions

we have enough bottom 6 scoring if we move DOC back to the third line...we need Laine for Sid's line and ideally someone for the Malkin line

So Aho has the same salary as Matthews did last year ? 750-775k

I'm kinda wondering if Dubas us going to or is trying to deal Graves or Petterson......I really hope not Petterson? Dealing one of them would help afford possibly some other winger?? What do you both think. Am I way off? Great show as always guys!!
