welp, I'm looking for a current clamp probe for electrical circuit but this vid showed up. it's amazing anyway! I didn't know that there's a pipette small enough and precise enough to isolate a single ion channel membrane. insane!

Seems to be a superficial explanation for me.

Isn't it a little farfetched to state that the inside-out recording allows for single-channel recordings? It would be quite impossible to make sure that the excised piece of membrane only contains one channel. Otherwise, thanks for the video, very instructive and clear
