Good video, thanks! Nonetheless experimenters shouldn't be wearing gloves when working near a flamme (4'26''), it is a serious hazard and against every lab security instructions. Whether they are in latex, nitrile or vinyl, lab gloves can easily melt on the skin and cause serious injuries

They say in the video that they used Alexa 633 (50uM final) to be able to visualize the neuron they recorded from afterwards (immuno-histochemestry is performed afterwards)
