In very respectful manner, I'd like to say that I disagree about spreading this idea about Bön, which is not shamanism. Bön is equal meaning to Dharma. Of course that before Bön there exist shamanism in Tibet, but it was not Bön. There are 3 diferents ways of practicing Bön according to H.E. Yongzin Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche: Primitive Bön, Yungdrung Bön and New Bön, all of them are base on the Compassion and the Wisdom and there are to many methods within Bön to lead sentients beings to freedom, it's not about fulfilling worldly desires. Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche has done very extensive research about this, he is not Bönpo, so you could trust that he will not have a biased idea. You could find answers in his books about that, or you could contact Bönpo teachers to get a better insight.

4:36 my most favorite part of this video and i was the 888th like! I love this story. I have only been studying Buddhism for 4-5 years and this story is beautiful. Still till this day people think hexing and etc is part of enlightenment and evolution and its not. Alot of understanding and wisdom is is available when you work with spirts on the negative polarity

The secret of spiritual progress, is not in endless theories, but in endless practice. An ounce of practice, is better than a ton of theories. A minimum of 15 minutes of Shamatha or Mantra practice is required each day, otherwise spiritual degeneration will ensue. No one ever fails. It is slow in the beginning and rapid later on. When the effects of practice mature, the explosive manifestation of energy and awareness is inevitable. The results of spiritual practice is automatic. Endless theory is not required to produce enlightenment. At some point, the intellect will block your spiritual progress. And that too must be let go of.

Clear and consice for a beginner like me to understand the concept behind every Dharma protectors. Back then they scares me, and I have many doubts about the Dharma protector practice.

In indonesia there are stories of people and non-human entities whose past-life were practitioners of black magic. All of them did not want to practice black magic anymore though it was easier for them to re-learn. They said it wasn't worth the karma. One became a hungry ghost for hundreds of years, then be a sparrow, then be a single mother who was constantly abused by men. Another became a cursed spirit living in a pond after getting burnt in hell for hundreds of years. many stories like this in Indonesia because we are TOO religious.

Black magic were strongly practices by all Tibetans including different Tibetan monks sects. dalai lama used DORJE SHUGDEN to do harm other Tibetan sects eg Kagyu, Sakya. Then later told his followers to ban practices Dorje Shugden. Long live practices for Dorje Shugden.

Such silliness about causing harm, that’s nonsense. Dorje Shugden is the great king of Dharma Protectors. Sakya traditions also propitiated Dorje Shugden. Dorje Shugden protects the Buddha Dharma, and loves all, Buddhists and non-Buddhist, all sentient beings equally. Dorje Shugden helps to protect primarily ones own practice, and assists to create favorable and needed conditions for Dharma to flourish. Dorje Shugden is a manifestation of Wisdom Buddha Manjushri and the same nature as Je Tsongkhapa . This is about pure love, not man-made delusional sectarianism.

We have a daily practice and for over three decades, never once any black magic or even any suggestions for it. We pray for our practice in love and compassion to increase like a waxing moon. Shaman etymology "Shrii Raman" or Sha Maha'an is actually the most pure and complete metaphysical understanding, but it also became corrupted through manipulation of that era. Please elaborate further. In Indonesia dark spirits would work for you if: 1. After you die, they could do anything to you a.k.a. Slavery, but the serving time could last thousands of years because spirits live way longer than human. Heck, they could even eat you like carnivorous spirits eat your spirit alive. 2. When it's time for you to reincarnate to a better place, the dark spirit will take your turn so that you will have to wait for another turn.

There's billions of spirit in the spirit world. If you are a good person then only like can attract like. You have a spirit guide with you from birth till the day you return home. You will not return home until it is your time. You are well looked after by all your ancestors that have gone before you. Reincarnation is fact but it doesn't work out the way the stupid dumbasses on earth think it does. Any spirit that reincarnates onto the earth comes in as a baby and has no memory of past life. Every single spirit that walks this earth is an IMMORTAL SPIRITUAL BEING. Every spirit is on earth to evolve. Earth is a school of learning. We all have had many lifetimes. Your last lifetimes you may have been anyone in history. As in history, everyone that has been part of are the same people that walk this earth today. There's no god's or angels or devils or heaven or hell in the spirit world. Everything is automatic. The spirit world are not there to make anyone rich or poor. That's all earth crap talk.
