Where? I didn't see a non-flexible person. If you mean the guy, he's far more flexible than the average 45yo male and more flexible than 50% of 35YO males who don't regularly exercise. Its a cop-out.

🙏 REQUEST: Could you do three short videos to follow along with, doing these effective stretches if you haven't already? (maybe the first half of each the basic version, then the second half for those with more flexibility) Excellently explained, great cinematography, and well edited!! 😃 Thank you for this intro even if you don't do three follow-alongs. 😊❤️
Exceptionally efficient! The detailed explanations are brilliant. Questions are anticipated even before they enter one's mind! The organization with the time labeled transcript is unlike anything I've seen on KZread. And the dog is delightful too!!
Wow, I have never seen or heard about the first one! I love it, it feels like a total body stretch! I do the second one every day, and the last one feels soooo good! Thanks Liv for teaching the way you do, so unique to you! 🙏❤✨
As someone who crawls under homes and in attics for a living, stretching is crucial, and being consistent! These added to me routine! THANKS!!
ive been looking for a video like this forever. not the basic lunges, or hamstring stretch holds. the second stretch literally has single handedly helped me out a ton. as a dancer i struggled with hamstring flexibility and was never able to get my palms on the floor. i always stretched it with just my fingertips to the ground in a fold, but doing the opposite has made such a difference. thank you!
Incredible! I broke my hip earlier this year and these stretches have been instrumental in getting a decent range of movement back. Thank you so much!
I have a feeling this is going to be my new favourite channel🙏🏼 Extremely well explained and informative.. Subscribed!

I KNOW I need to stretch more, and I can feel the benefits when I do... but I have a lot of trouble making time, and often other stretching videos will include stretches that I either physically can't do, or that looks SO different when my inflexible body does it that I'm not sure if I'm even doing it right! this might be the only video that is perfectly timed, explained without unnecessary talk. Will definitely try these and update one day
The fact that you pointed out the benefits of each stretch was super motivating. Just knowing what parts of my body will improve by doing a certain stretch is super motivating just on its own :)
This was easily the best stretching tutorial I've seen because your form is 100% clear. And because you show what to be fully aiming for, I know what to look for when it comes to improvement, something that other tutorials get close to but not all the time. This was awesome! Thank you!
This video is great. It is calming and explains the why and what the stretch is used for. I tried the first one and failed miserably as expected as I've known for a while my flexibility is terrible. Now I just need to keep trying these and hopefully improve or just have fun failing like I did today.

Holy mother of fascia! The first stretch of the plantar fascia is a complete and utter game changer. You are so right about it making me go deeper in to the 2nd and 3rd stretches and what a relief these, golden three musketeers of stretches, gave my lower back and hips. I have had morning pains coming from this part of my body, for the better part of 28 years now, which have hampered pretty much everything else that I do in life. Thank you, thank you, thank you for these! Now, that we have gotten my gratitude squared away, let me tell you this, all aspiring KZreadrs, instructors, teachers, etc. THIS VIDEO is the gold standard of how to convey information to people, especially in this day and age, with most people having the attention span of 2-year-old. Why? Asking why is correct my friends! Because I need not only help in learning WHAT to do, but also WHY it will help me. This is why I got really motivated to try these stretches and they are from this moment on, in my morning routine. Expanding a bit, they also cover off any possible misinterpretations with the cut-in-scenes that are topped off with a dash of humour, which also makes it more memorable for me. Finally they do it time efficiently, not going too slow or too fast. Just brilliant!! Liked, subscribed, and enabled bell for all videos 🙏👏
OMG - I can’t believe how stiff I am. I tried the first stretch and could really feel it. So glad I came across this video as I’ve been looking for something like this to help improve my flexibility for my golf.
Honey, what can I say! I LOVE you! You have literally change my life! I have been dooing these streches for three days now and I am a different person. I am bodybuilder so my mobility is at a shit level but you have saved me!! Thank You 10000 times!!!
Excellent, helpful videos that are delivered in a very accessible way without a bunch of nonsense. Great job.
Excellent, well done! Shared to all my adult judo club members. Judo quickly finds any areas that are weaker than others which is a good thing for building overall strength and fitness but requires perseverance. These stretches help a great deal with recovery for our lower grades but also the more advance athletes benefit too.
Watched it, tried it, felt it and loved it. Definitely will include this into my stretch routine! Big thanks!
Thank you so much. I have never seen these particular stretches. I can't wait to try them out.
Love that you’re getting Ed to work on his flexibility as a part of his challenge to help you grow your channel! Lol all that video production must be tightening his hips!🤣 Both of you guys are inspiring!💛
Before I follow one of my dvd workouts, I stretch even before the warmup routine on the dvd workout. -During my "pre warmup routine", I already do stretch #2 that you described! That's such a great stretch. And I'm looking forward to adding the other two stretches that you recommended. (And performing them in the correct order.) Thanks for another great video!
Thank you so much!!! These stretches are simple enough for a very inflexible person to do, and you even told us that it actually doesn’t matter how far your knee goes down or if you can straighten your legs, as long as you can do xyz of the stretch, which is so helpful to know. I often feel like I’m not doing the stretch right, or not getting the benefit of it because I can’t straighten my legs. These are actually beginner stretches. I have been trying to follow along “beginner” flexibility routines to be able to do the splits, but half of the exercises they show are doing the full front splits on your back or against a wall, and if you can’t already do a split, you can’t do half the exercises. This was so helpful, thank you!
you are so authentic and open!!! love your tone and approach )))
It would be wonderful if you could do a 10 min follow along with these stretches. Pleaseeee🙏🙏🙏🧘♀️🥰
The first one I don't feel in the feet at all, but on top of my thighs. The second one is new to me and the only hamstring stretch that hasn't just felt like nerve pain. This is great stuff.
I'm so glad I came across this video. After years of tight hip flexors with little progress of weekly physiotherapy, I've found something that released them
I love your style of teaching. Super clear, positive, and helpful. I will subscribe :)

Honestly, this is a really good video. No bullshit, straight to the main information, very pedagogue, giving also an example with someone having less flexibility (and also in my case as a man). After many injuries while doing sport i had to take almost 2 years of rest. Adding also the daily routine of being sat behind a desk for work wasn't helping either. Just after a week, i see small improvements that's very encouraging. Thank a lot, i mean it !
You have the loveliest personality and are a great motivator. This video is so well done. Thank you!

Looks perfect for building a habit! Thank you. I will definitely give these a go 😊
Been doing this for about a month. Most notable improvement is my left toes have finally loosened up and my neck/upper back arent as stiff anymore. The only thing I added was laying on my back and streching one leg towards the ceiling until I was warmed up.The one time I didnt do this, the standing forward bend felt like I was breaking my legs in half lol. Very nice and useful imo. Thanks.

Hi, you just got washed into my suggested videos, and I'm very happy about that! 🤩 It's not the first time I'm hearing about the importance of building strength and flexibility - coming from a few years of Pilates and having started bouldering in January. I love the stretches you're presenting here and it's so good you're giving some background info - understanding a bit of anatomy and physiology is so helpful for doing streches right. Thanks a lot and keep it up!
These are amazing, thank you! I've been doing them for a couple of weeks now and the third stretch unlocked a long standing, poor squat form induced bundle of knots around one hip, and the second stretch not only has me getting used to a full squat position but it still results in a huge shot of endorphins afterward, every time, so I take that as a sign of more good things happening.
Extremely well made video. A person one listens to without a lot of nonsense but also with great deal of details in the video.
