I just recently got a job as a SEO account manager and I am trying to figure what are the best questions to ask clients for them to keep engaged but also for them to know that I am interested in learning more about what they want. Thank you for this!

Glad it is useful Philip. I personally think it's probably the most important question you can ask a client. After this it's to dig into their challenges and understand their world. I cannot tell you how powerful listening is and keeping 'batting back' the conversation to the client (vs turning it back to yourself). Best of luck in your new role!
