The Noob and Some Rusty Dusty Railin' - A Robocraft TDM

Ойындар

A pre - patch T4/5 TDM. This match took place before the previous Noob mech videos. Was just getting used to T5 rail and smg again. It's a shame that someone seems intent on screwing over the movement of all heavy ground bots and even some of medium weight . I would understand a little better if they were making light, fast and agile bots more glassy, but currently that doesn't seem the case. I'm not sure how long I'll keep playing, as I prefer playing ground. My reflexes aren't what they use to be, and I find the politics in this game, as well as some of the salt content, bad for my health. I'll keep playing and making videos as long as I can, at my own pace. Thank you to everyone who has watched my videos. It's much appreciated! I encourage all to check out my links to other Robocrafters on my channel! It's nice to see Robocraft content still being created and streamed. All that mumbo jumbo aside, I hope you enjoy this video!

This was a fun romp to watch. ^_^ I understand that the current state of things can seem a 'little' disheartening, and I admit that I am not short on salt. Pacing yourself, and doing whatever suits you sounds like the best policy here - even if that means less content. When you do gift us with glimpses, we'll be happy to see them, but placing yourself and yours first and foremost makes sense! Thank you for sharing. Well played and nicely commentated.

Hi Pathforger! First of all, I don't really consider you to be salty. To me there is a difference between a person who cares enough to encourage / direct others in a match and those who taunt verbally or otherwise , brag, name call, ect. use abusive speech during a match. When we get frustrated (and it's not hard to do in Robocraft), I call that venting. We all do that. As far as the rest, I suppose I'm just tired. I have been listening to the kind wisdom and encouragement given to me, and pacing myself. That's why I take breaks both from RC and KZread.( And sometimes life gives me no choice) But I do still find joy in playing RC occasionally and definitely in editing the videos. It's kinda therapeutic. Thank you for all your kind encouragement, wisdom, and support. It's always appreciated!

@@noodlebiscuit77 I appreciate your vote of confidence. ^_^ I personally consider salt to be akin to venting. They are a kind of "toxicity" that is a direct bi-product of a situation or relevant circumstances rather than due to other reasons (a desire to establish superiority or to garner personal satisfaction at the expense of others). Do not fret. I've long since accepted that I am salty. ^_~ For as long as the game brings you enjoyment, there is little reason not to partake of it, until there is. ^_^ Glad to hear you are balancing things well, and you are certainly welcome!. Take care!

Stopping playing Robocraft is totally understandable. The game has been deteriorating over time, and recent patches haven't really helped that much. Next patch won't be directly buffing any mech leg stats, but due to some rudder changes (much higher base speed) mechs could potentially become a bit more useful with a specific setup. I'll experiment with it and share it if it works once the patch happens.

Hi Keleksos! , I have been experimenting with a light mech with wings with some success. I'll definitely try rudders after the patch. I'd definitely be interested to see what you come up with. I don't give up on things easily. But life is keeping me busy and Robocraft isn't as important to me anymore. Plus being 50 sucks. 😂 Thank you for your kindness and your comments. It's fun watching you play. You are getting very competitive and giving the long term competitive players a run for their money, even outplaying them at times. It's a joy to watch. Keep up the good work and be sure to pace yourself. Real life is always more important.
