Hey can you make a video discussing dives/fixed fights with farangs? I'm training in chiang Mai and my gym posted a fight video on Instagram where it looked like the Thai competitor was not trying/exagerating how hard he got hit and got “KO” in 2nd round. Lmk if you have any insight. I don't want to ask the gym because I don't want to be disrespectful to gym or the farang that won.

100 push ups 100 pull ups 100 neck raises after training
