I enjoyed watching the Video. I particularly like the larger Infotainment System 😊

You are going to absolutely love it! I have the 2023 ICE Limited and I can’t imagine driving anything else. And I have had some very nice vehicles in the over 10 years that I have leased. I never want to give this one up. Ever… I actually plan to buy this one out. Assuming gas priced don’t get absolutely ridiculous in the interim and I am forced to go Hybrid.
I almost went to buy one recently but was frightened off by a couple of friends who had problems with theirs one with the particulate filter constantly playing up. Great looking car though. I love the front and rear lights. Great review Tish.
Nevermind the car,shes beautiful ❤❤
Waiting for the demo to arrive at our local dealer to see if we’ll change out our current NX4 Ultimate HEV. On the face of it I prefer the new interior as my main gripe is stabbing away at touch screens for the Climate etc.
When is this new one released?
But cost ?
I was looking at a Vw Tiguan new shape R-Line by the time I'd added all the options the price was £43k so looked at test drove a Hyundai Tucson self charging hybrid TLine S brilliant drive and ordered one yesterday in silver very good spec of vehicle and better then A Vw

Thanks for sharing and we definitely don’t think you’ll be disappointed. LOADS of kit included on the Tucson!

The VW you were looking at is most likely the PiHybrid if it’s 43k, the petrol mild hybrids are cheaper, comparable with the ‘self charging’ tuscon, but PiHybrids are more expensive.
Lots to like about the new model but someone needs to tell Hyundai a front grille is not just a frippery - it's meant to protect the radiator from flying stones as well as letting cool air through. But look at the size of those gaps on the facelift! Replacing the rear LED turn signals with cheap bulbs is a nasty move and totally at odds with the improvements elsewhere . . .
USB-C is still USB and the connector type doesn't change the speed. The old one was USB-A. Their speeds are most likely the same as the old one, which was already using fast-charging, except for the data port.
@rufdymond

That’s incorrect - USB-C is capable of both faster charging speeds (higher power delivery) and faster data speeds (up to 4 times faster than USB-A).

@@rufdymond lol, no. Google it. The iPhone 15 has USB C but charges and transfers data at USB 2 speeds, which is USB speeds from over 10 years ago. It has nothing to do with speed.
@MaxxKoggen

@@rufdymond data speeds are determined by the generation which numbers. USB 3, USB 3.2, USB4 (AKA TB3)
You can still get this car new with a Diesel engine in Ireland

That's really good to know.
11:37 The sensors for the forward attention warning are not present in the EU/UK model, so I think there is no such system.

You are right. There is no such a feature. For it you need In Cabin Camera which is part of GSR II C regulation and in Tucson ICC will be implemented later. She probably ment DAW - Driver Attention Warning, which automitacly comes with front view camera, and it monitors lengths of trip and mainly movements of steering wheels
Interior is massively improved. Great video!

Thanks a ton!
Was it really necessary to spend so long talking about the interior of the outgoing model?
@ianswales7219

Probably because they will still have a few old style to shift

Apologies, sometimes I do not realise how long a shot was until I go to edit it.

It was still useful to physically see the differences, good walk through!
The pre-Revamped version to me is still the nicer Tucson especially its dash. It had class and style now its just boring and that steering wheel is seriesly ugly. Also no H logo in the steering wheel is just stupid and has to be cost cutting. Either have it inside and outside Hyundai or don't bother. The clever person will get a great deal on the current model before the ugly new one comes along.

You are 100% correct. The new model is just plain boring. The current one has a unique design. But most people are just like sheep.
Hyundai and kia are no longer cheap. Wait for the next cheap brand to get popular

They haven’t been cheap for over 20 years. It’s just the fact that you get much more for your money which is still very true.

@@garywilson1235 Let’s just say the powertrains of KIA and Hyundai are a wild card compared to Honda and Toyota. I will certainly endorse that they have had the edge in reliability over the long term. However, more recent generations have come into question and people are having problems as can occur with any vehicle. Is the quality still there? Some say no. What KIA and Hyundai do have over Honda and Toyota is everything else. Certainly design inside and out by a huge margin, but also comfort, ergonomics, sound insulation, quality tech, higher grade plastics, and higher fit and finish standards. Who wants to spend ~$40,000 on just a powertrain? Not this guy!
