I've seen how you designed tanks, and I must say this. If you tick the box in the bottom bar, next to where it shows your current army XP, the tanks will automatically get upgraded, without you needing to spend XP on them. This includes the upgrades to the modules you're using, as well as the levels on tank you're using. It's a great way to save XP. This also works for planes

Great work. Btw China also pretty fun when at ahistorical if Japan goes democratic or communist. Because this means "mostly" Japan leaves you alone. Also you can rush "pick a fight with japan" focus, take a wargoal against manchu and can use it after Japanese civil war begins. You can unite all of China without mess with Japan and if they try to attack you somehow they only have two provinces at mainland at the point and white peace still will fire after kick them

If you get a spy and put diplomatic pressure on japan, you can actually get a non aggression pact out of japan and therefore delay the outbreak of war ^^

Just discovered your channel and I love it! Absolutely great content! I do have a question. What is the benefit of going Heavy AA over Medium AA, other than more armor? An interwar Medium AA Tank with sloped armor, welded armor, diesel engine, 2 engine, 5 armor only costs 7.92 production cost. You can also start producing this much sooner, meaning you can get more divisions out. A 21w division will have only 22 armor, but that's plenty enough fro space marines in single player.

I played China using Space marines. They had small SP guns and 48 armour with 4 km/hr. I managed to pump out 3 divisions (5 tanks 5 infantry) before the war and managed to push into Manchuria in 38 and took Korea by 39. It was not easy because of the amount of bullshit micro that I had to do. Plus, I was also making shit ton of different divisions for different purposes eg frontline divisions have support equipment and anti air, anti D-day divisions had artillery, divisions holding mountain tiles was only 10 width because of the supply issue, port garrisons all have different template for different regions depending on where they were located, and 2 width infantry to fk around with random naval landings on Japan.

Considering they were just constantly naval landing in China EVERYWHERE, I had to put the game on 1 speed to micro my troops so they don't just death stack onto a single tile and attack constantly. Don't know why but the AI seems to not like it when I put port garrisons on area defense.

This might be a dumb question but why do you just improve armour instead of breakthrough or soft attack?

I've been playing just nationalist China lately and I've just killed the Japanese Army twice by using 50 billion Infantry divs with half equipment. So... you only need a massive wall of men...everywhere. p.s. build level 3 forts on Beijing and spam level 1 coastal forts everywhere because man do forts help SOOOO much and I did it on regular difficulty with no dlc p.p.s. I still got a run where I have 5:1 K/D ratio against the Japanese

To make the game more fun. You could try the 8 years war of resistance mod. It makes the game significantly harder. (Because your troops have no equipment and the commies want to stop you at every turn)
