    Gurl. You got love bombed! Consider checking our therapist Ramani’s videos on here? Educate yourself on their tricks so you can see how comically predictable they are and see them coming. Then, see a Narc experienced therapist and have them help you get a solid plan together to keep you impervious to their tricks and on track. Use the last bit of time left with him to move any and all shared funds and assets to a private account. (A lawyer can coach you on this). After you leave, cut them out ENTIRELY. Talk through your lawyer only, keep an accurate record on the cloud of every outright abusive thing they do. Do lots of therapy to regain your individuality and break the cycle of codependency. Good luck 💗

He always seems to view our relationship as some sort of competition. He gets angry and threatened if things are going good for me, like he thinks it makes him look bad in comparison. I’ve told him so many times that we are not fighting a war against each other. We’re supposed to be on the same team, conquering obstacles together. We need to remember EVERYONE is first a beautiful perfect and whole soul, and secondly a human being. And as humans, we operate mainly from ego and usually carry around a lot of wounding, baggage, etc. Hurt people, hurt people. Narcissists are made, not born. Which means having a level of compassion to understanding why they are the way they are. Most narcissists were raised by narcissists, experienced abuse in some way, and have serious inner child wounds. To say a narc will never change is to condemn someone to a physical prison by completely disregarding the real power of unconditional love that comes from the divine and is contained within each of us as our soul. It is important to have boundaries with narcissists, but to demonize them would be putting yourself on the same level of illness. I had narcissistic traits. Then the Divine had me fall in love with a covert narcissist and this derailed my life. BUT, it was the catalyst for my spiritual awakening, healing, and ultimately me becoming my best me ever. I believe people can change and we dont have to accept labels that seek to keep is bound in toxic ways of living.

    @spiritofhonuguidanceforlife

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@AJManol I was a codependent who got destroyed by a narcissist. I believe this is more of a spiritual issue. I am definitely NOT saying someone who is being manipulated by a narc should try to change them. If you recognize the behavior, you should seek professional help for yourself. Counselors can advise on how to deal with the situation depending on the severity. What I AM saying is you can still love that person unconditionally, with the compassion and understanding that it is a sickness, not a terminal illness. EVERYONE can CHOOSE to heal, but they have to first acknowledge. I believe we are in a very unique time in human history where more people are choosing to wake up to their divinity and the power within them. And in doing that, they are learning that they can heal themselves through choice and intention. But it is 100% spiritual warfare. However, that all being said, learning to love and respect your own energy comes first, which means having healthy boundaries. For example, if you live with narcissistic family and you cant escape for one reason or another, you can still love them while also understanding their condition and keeping your distance energetically so they cant continue to manipulate and hurt you. I hope this all made sense.

    Narcissist are really envious of everyone who achieved anything they didn't, who has a better appearance, I could really see someone I know in these thoughts... Never a nice word about anyone, especially if they actually achieved something in life, good career, buying a house, the diploma they earned, and so on. Everything is something to trigger the envy and make them upset, trying their best to put down whatever those people achieved, if it's diploma they cheated at school, if it's a career they got their job because supposedly a family member or a friend got them in the company and anyway they're just not doing their job well, and so on. Sadly as you portrayed it well, they learn how to hide their real personality, and often you see their real face when you're stuck in their"spider's web"... Good movie, nice work!

I applaud you:D And as somebody who has very tragically, from my perspective, dealt with these kinds of people (that number of individuals being 3-4) it really does paint a wider, menacing picture in which I can totally see the points made here! There's no capacity for integrity & fulfillment, anything somewhat considered 'diserable,' rather focusing on the idea of being more and more than anybody else would never be able to grasp. Frightened and extremely intimidated by someone else’s beauty and CONFIDENCE, the battle in himself got directed towards another, a narcissist had chosen his new target… someone who threatens what he believes about his glorious self and he is going to do whatever it takes to prove to himself that he is the best!
