These are extreme psychopaths. I find that narcissists are more subtle. The mom in Black Swan is a true narcissist for instance.

@@freespirithermit Yeah he was a dick, but that doesn't excuse her in any way. She killed an innocent man, she had framed another one in the past, she dragged a lot of people and workhours into chasing after her disappearance instead of just seeking therapy.

Louis Bloom seems to be a psychopath, not a narcissist. He didn't feel any emotions, not even fear or shame

What do you mean with Taxi Driver? If you mean the head character, he is not really a narcissist, more an confused, problematic man with bad social skills.
