I noticed that I would have dreams every time my fingers touched my head or face...I said to myself I wonder if I can generate energy by making my fingers touch each other.... this was just a random thought but I didn't go through with touching my fingers together to form energy.... now I'm seeing this video and I remember that thought I had a few weeks ago.... this shows me that every spirit really is connected to God... that message was sent to me by the universe and I ignored it and here it is again with the fingers touching each other thing....This is wild for me right now I can't believe my eyes.

I can say that in addition to the mudras you have described in this video, there also exist a powerful mudra involving your tongue. This is called Khechari Mudra and in the old yoga manuscript of Hatha Yoga Pradipika this mudra is said to lead to immortality. You perform it by rolling your tongue back in the mouth and up into the nasal cavity. If you would be interested in achieving this mudra, I can offer the following advice based upon my own experience of achieving it. You start out by holding your tongue back in the mouth with only the muscles of the tongue. You do this for as long as you can, then rest the muscles and continue again. You should repeat this all the time throughout the day, whenever not talking or eating. From time to time you should also use your fingers to gently push the tongue even farther back in the mouth. This will eventually cause parts of the lingual frenulum - that little strip of flesh underneath the tongue - to grow away naturally by itself and eventually allowing you to place your tongue into the nasal cavity. As soon as you can do this, you should also proceed to sleep with your tongue in the nasal cavity - otherwise those parts of the lingual frenulum will begin to grow back again overnight and thus making it more difficult to do this mudra in the morning. However, you should take care to never sleep this way while intoxicated or when a cold is blocking your nose. In a video in my channel I speak more of this and demonstrate how I achieved the Khechari Mudra in 14 days time. Do not hesitate to let me know if you should have any questions, I would be glad to assist you in achieving this mudra as well.

Yes, I would love to learn more about this technique, the way you do and teach it. I used to do it with my kriya exercises, but then I fell and fractured my right elbow joint which made it difficult to do the kriyas. I would love to work on this Mudra. Actually this yoni mudra is a replica of a female vulva. At 0:42 When I was young sitting in school I always used to always sit like that Pre-K Age 5. Now That I'm Older in my 30's i still sit to this day people ask why I Sit or make symbols with my hands. I explained to them some people don't understand. Sometime I just tell them it's an old habit... I've been learning about sacred geometry and mudra for a while but only just learned about some of these more specific mudras and I just wondered, if these specific mujras really do work for success and other specific purposes, why isn't everyone in India successful wealthy and happy? I can accept it as being true without being certain about whether it is actually true. My point is, I'm not going to look up the scientific journals that prove this stuff. So until I find that these Mudras actually do anything, or I read those papers I'm going to accept that it's probably true, but remain uncertain. That's just how I am.

i used to have this plastic ice cube that lights up(it was a decoration for a drink you buy at disney on ice) and i would be able to light it up just by touching the bottom with my fingers but none of my co workers could get it to light up, if any one could get it to light up it wasnt nearly as bright as when i touched it. ive never been able to understand how this worked and why my fingers got it so bright

I was just stating that I don't believe many of the Hollywood types really know what they're doing with the astral energies and just copy what they see from the higher ups. Calling this evil, would be like calling Qigong or meditation evil.
