I love how you actually interact with the locals (like the kids and barber), unlike most other travel vloggers who go all over and don't even bother talking to the people

I was going to say this too. I really respect that you talk to the locals and even play with them. You even trusted one of them to hold your camera, you didn't let Moroccan brashness and outspokenness intimidate you - you just saw us as people and I appreciate that.

Trust me I have traveled the world and they are the best to talk to the locals! If anyone's snobs the locals they just insecure and they not knowledgeable on how to interact with the locals.

Excellent video. I just got back from a tour of the 4 Moroccan imperial cities and Fes was my favorite. Such rich history including one of my favorite pieces of history, Al-Karaouine. The first university in the world founded by a Muslim woman, Fatima al-Fihri. It's the birthplace of the arabic numeral system and algebra.
the most beautiful sound in this world is the prayer call. Same in every places
Fez is my favorite city in Morocco 🇲🇦 It’s beautiful and very mystical. I loved the Medina most cities have one that’s what makes it most beautiful apart from the nice people and great food. I truly miss Morocco hopefully I can travel there one day soon, Inshallah.
i have just been to Morocco last month. Fes is stunning indeed!

I liked Fez a lot, it is truly charming but Chefchaouen the "blue city" in the north was just WOW!
Insane to see Fes again. Just came back from Morocco after staying in Rabat for 3 months. I have also been traveling through the North. I really miss it and I'll be going back soon again.
I just booked a random trip to Marrakech and didn't know if I wanted more time in Casablanca, Rabat, Tangiers and from your videos I decided writing off Fez was a bad idea. That will be my final stop. Thank you for your inspirational videos.
One of the much better travel vlogs for sheer ballsyness on exploration and winging it in this city. Backpacking in a few months and appreciate this!
Morocco is a very beautiful country
Great video! Been there twice from Atlanta and going again next March. It's a fascinating city with beautiful people. I admire your ability to strike out on your own at such an early age and I appreciate your enjoyable mix of visuals, history, narration, and interaction with people. More people should discover Morocco. It's a hospitable culture.

Out of all the videos of Fez that we looked up before our 2 week road trip through Morocco, yours gave us the best idea for what the vibe was going to be like on the ground! We had a great time in Fez (were there about 2 months ago) but I just remembered your vid and had to thank you!

thx for visiting our country i hope u keep coming back thx to all morocco friends from around the world we are getting better and better because of u guys
There is a difference between a traveler and a tourist. You are definitely a traveler. I loved how you interacted with the locals and got the best out of the city. As a Fassi, I'd say thank you for this. P.s. next time you get a cab make sure it has a meter. If not, negotiate the price because it can be a lot less than 3$
Thank you very much for this Video, greetings from Germany!
Great video! I stayed in Marrakech for 10 days and loved it
Cal you are my kind of traveler, just go with the flow see what happens and come to your own conclusions. good on ya mate. keep'em coming.
I’ve been to agadir and Casablanca, beautiful places. This and cappadocia is on my to-do list

Wow, loved your content! I just came back from Morrocco and I wish I saw this prior to the trip. I didn’t get to Fez this time but Marrakech is definitely a piece of gem. I’m curious about your experience with filming locals because a good amount of locals I’ve met in Morrocco had turned me down for a picture. I wish I could photograph more portraits of these craftsmen in the Médina. But anyway, great video 👍🏼

Very nice Video ..You are a "native traveller" I'm from Morocco and never been to Fez (pronounced FASS in Arabic) and you made me want to visit and stay for sometime :). You are totally right in saying that people tend to fear the unknown and think only about negative sides eventhough the roberries and the crime is only seldome and what is normal is what you experienced both in Fez and in Casablance. Nice work and make more videos. Think of Chefchaoun and Assilah and maybe Tangier as well they superb destinations !
Mmmm the food looks so good
