The problem with Min is that she viewed all of Hybe and their talent as lesser opponents from the beginning. She initiated her aggressive manipulative plan to buy Ador for pennies on the dollar, by implementing her smear campaign of leaking confidential, personal & medical info to defame and assassinate the other Hybe group members and their families. This in order to sabotage their debuts and comebacks. Also raided members of Source music's talent pool. She's acted as a greedy lone wolf, constantly demanding more and more, to get a quick payout at everyone else's expense. She never viewed others at Hybe as collaborators, cooperatives or career family, only as a resource to be utilized for her personal benefit. Not a team player, she gives off Shark/Boss vibes. One who uses Wolf Warrior and textbook propaganda tactics. She hypocritically claims Y2K concepts as hers originally and exclusively. This is nonsense. She misappropriated and misidentified a mashup of American 80s, 90s, early 2000s Hip Hop, Neo Soul, and Pop music, fashion, dance,choreo, style and culture. Musicologists and Culture critics and analysts know this as well as audiences of those times. She has no legal claim to so called Y2K, no copyright nor patent. Hybe and others need to firmly clarify this with her. I understand that she's used Japanese JPop elements also without acknowledgement. She is only good at branding and propaganda. Effectively creating false narratives and imaging to suit her personal agenda.

For God’s sake! The CEO asking one of his executives if they could ‘crush’ the competition is normal! It’s no big revelation. Talk about melodramatic! Every business wants to ‘crush’ their competition; it’s a common saying. It doesn’t mean literally physically killing someone - it’s just a figure of speech. So ridiculous! It shouldn’t even be part of this issue because it’s a non-issue!!

Everything will be revealed through the court. Hybe, have the receipts on her.

Min Heejin was thriving in S/M in the years when they were most corrupt; slave contracts, giving idols $50 to survive on for a month, every comeback put them in more debt, did not protect idols, sabotaged idols, the most suicides of all labels, embezzled money, treated Ch1nese members horribly, cause members to fight so that one quits in the first or second year. Traffic accidents with idols almost every weekend. An extreme schedule and not having rested drivers. Some end up dead. A lot changed because of the few that took S/M and other labels to court. Then there was the existence of HYBE creating a positive work ethic and environment that was competitive and successful. If it was not for them, kpop would still be in the 2000s-2010s

Idk, she made newjeans for hybe, they are one of the most successful girl groups recently. And if hybe can win a case against her, their reputation or fame will just increase if anything.

I don’t know of any slave contracts that gives you your own label, autonomy to create, gives you the money to promote, allows you to buy shares into said label, borrows the money to you to buy those shares, and pays you the highest salary of any exec in all of whole company. Sign me up for this slave contract.

I can't help, but feel sorry for Bang PD. Something tells me he had high high hopes Min Hee Jin would be Kpop's top female business wunderkind under his mentorship. Yes, BPD wanted HYBE to make money and hired MHJ to get a very targted job done. BPD probably assumed MHJ's SM Entertainment work experience would help her leapfrog her HYBE peers to become the next BPD of the global music industry. But something went really wrong with MHJ and BPD was left trying to save his original vision for her career. And no matter what BPD did to try work with MHJ, it just became a bigger and bigger disaster to the point where BPD had to save his companies. What a personal disappointment and public mess for BPD. This story could've been so very different if MHJ had been just happy to have someone like BPD mentor her. The money would've come to her if she had just been patient and learned from BPD. She didn't have to do anything illegal or untoward. She was on her way to becoming a legend in the industry. What a terrible shame that she blew this incredible golden opportunity. PS. I bet the other music companies in the world are looking at MHJ and thinking there is no way they will hire her. She is very dangerous even if she is creatively brilliant. MHJ is just at the beginning of going through very dark days in her life.

This is really, totally, insanely AVARICE in spectacular action. He gave her everything she wanted except the right to be called Mrs B. 10yrs+ already gal. Wake up! He's totally not into you. At first he seemed to have like found his soulmate but your avarice woke him up! For a guy who produced albums with deep concepts based on literature, sure he's smart enough to see most of the 7 capital sins in her. Just sad that she's similar to the 5050 CEO. Looking out for i, me, myself, instead of her "daughters". Got to have a movie made of this real life drama. How an employee who was given a "slave contract" who has the perks and creativity freedom that are above all other CEOs, yet complained, again & again, i want more $$$, more power, more perks etc. Go & set up your own company then!

Please keep bringing us latest news on this issue. I pray for she will get arrested and for justice for Hybe. I really hope those people who are sleep walking and taking her side will wake up soon.

Hybe has a strong case against MHJ because of all the evidence they have gathered, and yet she still won't leave. makes me think she has more drama up her sleeve to make people see things her way and hate on Hybe, the very company that fed her. mental, this one.

If you use messenger, discord, etc the messages are automatically saved for years. There is a seaech functipn and you can go back in them. Kakao talk may be like that. Thats why people whp cheat or catfish like to use Snapchat because the chat disappears apparently.

If it took BTS 10 years to earn in the neighborhood of $30 million dollars plus or minus EACH, why on earth does MHJ think she should make $1 billion dollars in a year?

There is one thing I really can't stop asking myself. It's clear to everyone with logic and can rationalize the plan was to break New Jeans contract and to resign them once she had essentially stolen Ador. Did NewJeans know the plan? To claim they didn't, we would have to believe she planned to just let them go, never tell them why, hope they don't sign with anyone else while MHJ was finishing her plan, then they would willingly resign with the woman who just essentially fired them "broke their contract" without reason.. I know they are kids.. I know their fans don't even want to think about this. And, im sorry I had mention it. But, if they had knowledge that this could be happening, what does their future look like not only with HYBE, but other HYBE artist fandoms, and branding after those accusations, etc? You know those cute little tiktok videos where NJs would be doing their choreography with BTS, TXT... how does that look now? I know they are kids. I know kids are manipulated easily. But...still.... if this was proven by HYBE to be MHJs plan, what does that mean for NJs?

I also think that the NJs knew about MHJ's plans, because she needed to get their complete willingness to be guided by her. If I understand correctly, Hybe was unable to contact the girls, who refused any contact. This seems like very bad news to me, but in any case the NJs are absolutely and completely responsible for what they decide to do.

Her giving confidential/Hybe info to 3rd party investors is insider trading. Insider trading can land you in jail for a very long time. When you get shares of stock from the company you work for is handled differently from stock you purchase from the stock exchange. When you get stock from the company you work for, to get the full value you have to wait a set number of years until it’s fully vested. (example: The companies I have worked for, the stock wasn’t fully vested until you had been with the company for 7 years.) Only fully vested stocks can be sold at full value. Stock shares not fully vested are valued at the value they were at when they were issued to you. All shares have to be sold back to the company. This is required to prevent hostile takeovers and ensure no insider trading occurs. The reason companies have the non compete clauses in their contracts for ex employees that hold shares of stocks is because that is considered conflict of interest and to prevent insider trading.

Taehyung was so proud and excited to work with Min Hee Jin, it really seemed that she supported his solo album. NewJeans even visited him in the military. I wonder how it must feel now that she’s basically thrown BTS under the bus..

I personally think NJ needs to be humbled. I think they need to go and work their way up in the same conditions BTS did. A one bedroom apartment, minimal funds, out on the streets promoting themselves, etc. They were handed everything, used BTS name to promote, put in BTS individual members dance shorts, paid so much money despite know if their success will be long term. I don't believe for a second those girls and their parents didn't know ahead of time there was some kind of plan going on. I hope justice comes through and Min Hee Jin walks away with nothing. At this point if any other company picks her up, I'd be surprised. I also hope one of these other girl groups in Hybe crush NJ. I'm not a fan of girl groups, but I will go support every other girl group in Hybe.

Thank you so much for this intelligent and fair commentary about what's really going on. Some of my other channels that I always watch, such as Anna Lee, seem to really be fooled by her and can't see the truth which is disappointing.

All of that and in the end BTS getting caught in the crossfire. Her putting into action her defamation and smearing campaign plans. I'm beyond pissed. Just get her out. She played, she lost. Out she goes. I hope Hybe got the proofs of it all and nail her to the wall. I also feel sorry for NewJeans tbh cause these girls are also innocent in it all and they might have to pay (metaphorically) for that as well

I'm so done with MHJ and want her gone, as soon as possible and if NJ's and their parents are also on her side, they can exit right along with her!

@@bqanto I don't want to go that deep into the FF story because it's not really comparable (mistreatment, suing back and force, financial a mess bc who got what and why if they have a contract with Attrash (not anymore but still) while in NJ case the companies are fighting). Of course NJ has a choice - in theory. Just let's wait and see what happens in court. In the meantime, ADOR is probably also suing HYBE. I need more popcorn...

People talk about that group like they r in bts level......in all honesty they make noises mostly in Korea... they maybe icons in Korea and bring a lot of money,it's not in bts level at all. For me it's a black pink situation! They get the girls under many brands labels, they keep appearing on fashion shows...but in the music industry that gg didn't and isn't making any noise! No one really knows them in usa,they didn't establish a name for themselves there...black pink did it but still never reached bts level. So if I may compare nj to black pink success they r just cash money,easy and quick cash, hybe snitch most of bp brands from them and transfer them to nj members, the girls r popular in Korea but many did complain about their recent releases....mid and boring, their popularity just like aespa or ive is mainly due to their faces not their talent. In Korea every cb is about x and Y beauty and how stunning they looked.....but since attention or hype boy most of the gp didn't care much about the other releases at all. Gg keep hitting melon chart but most of their releases are a tiktok moment,and soon forgotten,no real longevity or impact....dalla dalla for itzy, next level for aespa, eleven for ive, hype boy for nj, magnetic for illit......all in all the beauty standard of those groups was more discussed than their actual talent or quality of music. It's not exclusive for top level executives. When I used to work for one of the top consulting firms, I also had to sign a non-compete to make sure I don't run straight to their competitors

In big business the signed contract is everything. Hold her to it and don't renew it.

I have seen all your posts and they are all great. What many people don't understand in this whole mess is a few things... (1) the difference between earnings (income) and profit. It was the same whether it was a household or a large corporation. MONEY is always a question.. in my country we say. .... novac vrti gde burgija neće.....money spins where the drill will not .... or ......nije sve u novcu nešto je i u parama ..... it's not all about money, something is also about cents.... (2) Reading many comments, I realized that people do not understand what the concept is... (3) I realized that people don't understand the difference between creative freedom and financial freedom (4) MANIPULATION....simply put, manipulation is a means to reach the desired goal, and it is common to all people in the world, it has nothing to do with the culture of a man/woman, age, education....There are many different means/methods that the manipulator uses to reach a specific goal. Sorry for my bad English, it's not my first language (I live in Europe)

It's been debunk by 2 different South Korean Journalists. It was started by a very new X(twitter) account and a badly reported fact that some hater entered a petition onto the Government website for Korean people. She has a problem with being asked to crush Asepa, the literal competition but sees nothing wrong with consulting a shaman and wanting BTS out the way to benefit herself. The group whose hard work literally built the company she’s employed by and which gave her, her own label and a 16.1BN investment.

If I were Newjeans, I would make an official statement as soon as possible, and state that "we have a zero involvement in whatever Min Hee Jin has been cooking up". I would also add "what Min Hee Jin said about us supporting her during the interview are all lies". Finally, I would post a video on youtube showing Newjeans and illit doing dance challenge together. *This sounds like a joke but newjeans has been gaining antis more and more because of the fan wars. Also people are starting to call them fifty fifty 2.0 because Min Hee Jin has constantly brought them up. If they ditch Min Hee Jin, and come forth with illit, it will solve almost everything.

I thought that their parents already stated support for Min since NJ has already been paid millions. Let's hope that Min has not manipulated them into secret unethical and illegal agreements and contracts. Perhaps these are detailed in her laptop.

Business should be run like war. Strategies that would cripple an opponent always depends on timing and precision in execution of plan. Do you believe BSH has no plan? I doubt it. That was exactly MHJ's goal, so that it could buy an additional 31% of the collapsed Ador shares and end up owning 51% of the shares, which is equivalent to owning the label.

So I think min hee jin and that Chinese business man is connected some. Maybe he is the one helping Min hee jee.. I wish the cyber police or any other secret agency took over this case. I'm not buying what MHJ is selling, I think the way she has gone about all of this just reflects poorly on her character. If she truly had something of substance to the conversation, then she should have shown "receipts" that actually proved her innocence. I understand her motive to uncover that BSH is not an angel in this situation, but she really hasn't done anything else but deflect and try to justify her actions rather than owning up to what shady things she *has* done.

I don't buy it at all. None of her actions seems rational. None of her requests seems reasonable. She's either deluded by greed or megalomania, or both. I can't make it make sense why any thinking person would be swayed by her bizarre performance. 🤷‍♀️🤔

I 100% think that the May public opinion battle plan was to drag BTS into this as well because HYBE still relies so much on BTS. The accusations of chart manipulation from an already settled court case was a diversion tactic, and I am convinced Min Heejin is one of the people fueling this.

Nj made 20-30 million in profits and paid Nj 5 million each. NJ did not earn that money and MHJ should be embarassed for how ADOR performed financially. No way her company is worth near a billion or even 100 million.

Wow.. the audacity! I hope Hybe cleans this up before BTS comes back..

i'm sure someone has already asked this and if so, my bad for missing it being addressed; (school & work are killing me right now). Is everyone sure she's done with SM? Who's to say there is not some grand plan behind the scenes worked out between them and her beforehand? The world knows without a doubt, you can't destroy HYBE without destroying BTS, which is as ongoing of a saga as "YOONGI MARRY ME" , but chipping away at other places can be one distraction, while others bring up old cases, (that can't be reheard again in court btw), but have all this big mess with her going, while all the others are pulling on the other strings to stir crap up. I think everyone out to do bad right now, is a bit panicked because Jin is home in a few weeks. Once he reconnects with his family, his 2nd priority will be to get facts on the current issues so he can make sure ARMY is ok. We also also know Bangtan does not want anything bad to happen to any of the HYBE artists that came up under them. It seems like every week a new one is ready to debut. New Jeans does not deserve to have any of this drama associated with their name & music. They worked very hard and now because of this lady it's all getting crapped on? I feel like I'm watching for Korea, what our higher ups here in the US do to all of us. Distraction after distraction after distraction. Then while no one is looking, the main rug gets pulled out. Bad call on even letting her in the door back in 2019!!!!! And just because I never had a chance to type this out....how did Bang Si Hyuk copy her and NJ to create Bangtan? MHJ meant that BTS's debut concept, and even subsequent ones, were copied from SM group "Exo", which debuted in 2012 and is still active, so it still has a very active fandom, the exol. In those years MHJ worked at SM as creative director, also of Exo. I think exols cordially hate BTS.
