My theory is, the more self improvement videos you watch, and your slowly hearing the same things over and over, you start to feel the accomplishment without even doing anything to improve your life, and then you stay the same, but you feel like you you’ve changed, just because you know how to change.

Success is dependent on the action or steps you take to achieve it. Show me a man who doesn't have an investment and I will tell you how soon he'll go broke. Investment is building a safe haven for the future: with the right choices of investment that has minimum risk and with an Expert guidance, profit and interest should be guaranteed.

Investment in stocks is a great way to invest your money. The team is constantly checking the market for changes and make sure that you are always informed about the best time to invest. As a result, I have made more money than ever before, and I don't have to manage my portfolio on my own! Invest in stocks, it's worth it!

I bought one with the same idea stated in the video, the phone sits directly below the monitor. That was a terrible idea, like, I receive a work message out of working hours (while playing a videogame for example), and I see the WhatsApp notification and the name of the contact, and automatically feel stressed, and I say to myself, I'm not gonna even watch the message until working hours, but it is there, blinking at me, so after like 10 minutes I end up picking up my phone. I'm changing the place of that charger, now.
@tntori5079
4 жыл бұрын
I tried his wireless charger idea for a different approach. I tend to constantly worry about my phone, so if it's not near me I will turn around or move my chair to check it. I tried putting a charger up so I had it in my vision. I thought taking a second to glance at it would be less distracting than moving to find it. It kinda worked, but not really. Instead I got a smart watch (or fitbit if that's too much money). Now my phone can go anywhere and there's no anxiety to check it. If I get and email for school, my watch will vibrate and I'll know. Also, smartwatches (and fitbits) can be set up so ONLY the important stuff comes through. It only goes off for email and text. Added bonus having it alert that I reached my step count for the day just makes me feel that much more accomplished.

Your videos are so clean and polished. It makes it so much enjoyable for me to watch. Great video, and I love your filming & editing
This video is so far amazing. I have already learned a lot in about 6 mins into the video. The quality production on this is beautiful. Keep it up man! I hope to make videos like this too

Love what your doing!! The way you lay it out is perfect. It’s conversational but still motivating. It has that fine line of balance, which makes it easy to listen to. Great job!!
Really needed to hear this today. Thanks bro!!
Love the honesty and the delivery 💯
I like how you said that 3 hours is sort of your end goal of time to concentrate on your main goal/job. I work(ed) 40 hours a week at a desk job as a programmer and I definitely can get most everything I need to get done in 3 hours, give or take, but have to find ways to fill in the rest of my workday. I'm not lazy, but I do notice if I try to code for more than 4 or 5 hours in a single day, my stress goes up and my ability to write good code starts to plummet. Anyways, I wish we could get rid of the 40 hour work week. I think it's old and antiquated. I'm not lazy, I just think it's stupid forcing people to work 8 hours, 5 days a week. Most everyone I work with wastes so much company time on social media and filling in their time with other things. Think everyone would be so much happier and productive if we just did even 30 hours a week (6 hour days).

I’m hearing about this a lot with office jobs, that people fill in a lot of time just for the sake of being at the office. Companies really need to start trying six hour days more often
@dakotarizza4548

Well i work 65 hours a week driving truck and delivering lumber, one of the most physically demanding jobs i've ever worked and i have a long history of ranching and trade work. We hate office people, they're so worried about saving time so they cut corners. A single mistake for them requires a reprint, but because of that mistake we have to work 3 hours in the freezing cold or blazing heat to unfuck their accidental delivery amounts. Yall need more time in the office lmao
@brett84c
3 жыл бұрын
@@dakotarizza4548 I can empathize with that, granted, you can't blame ALL office people for the select few that make your job harder. I still stand by the fact that something about working in an office can be really mentally taxing and draining, as I'm sure being a truck driver does, but probably more on the physical side of things. Either way, people should be careful with their physical and mental health. People that work too much end up with lots of problems, but I also can see how not working enough can just be laziness. I'm not trying to be naive here, heh.

Well at least you can do the job in 8 hours, I'm a bricklayer and it is never enough, I can't put 8 hours of work in 4 hours because all the stones are counted for and they know exactly how much you can do in 8 hours, so count your blessings.

I really appreciate these videos because he first acknowledges that basically everyone has the same problems that I struggle with. It makes me feel less bad about myself and more willing to just sit down and do what it takes to fix the problem. And then he goes into ways to address the problems, and it just feels like a much healthier mindset than a lot of other videos/blogs on the same topics of "how to be productive/feel more fulfilled." So thank you for these! They've helped me so much with grad school and life in general :)
