    Dane, what do you think about squatting to full triple extension. All the way down/atg and up until knees/hip/ankle are fully extended and letting the barbell leave the shoulders (almost like squat jumping but without leaving the ground). This way you get to train the full range of motion in the concentric phase like it is practiced in so many sports as well.

    Great stuff. Unfortunately, you always get weird looks if you squat with any variation in depth or speed. A lot of gym rats tend to think that hypertrophy is the only reason to lift weights.
