Is there any particular reason why you go so fast in your videos while you’re showing the houses? Also, it would be great to see how big the showers are in the master bathrooms 😊

Another great video. I didnt know the home builder could figure out the electric bill on a monthly basis. That was really cheap and i live in an apartment but my bill is about 50% of that estimate. Is there any way to configure the water bill? And is it true that when buying a home you have to make sure that your water is connected to the city?

The water bill is going to depend on a lot of things, and with new builds it is tough. you can always look up statistics at the water company website, but yes you do, because, they need to know who to bill .

When buying a home how long should you give yourself for the entire process? My lease is up in on March 31 and I'd rather not resign. Everytime i do the rent is raised and im getting annoyed by that.

Hey there! Honestly it depends. it depends on a lot of things. Obviously first thing you should worry about is securing employment. Once you have done that the process isn't too bad (pre approval, home search, etc) which can take a couple months typically. But if the employment and money isn't squared away, then the rest of the process cant really move forward thanks for the support, and take care
