Do you ever come across farmhouse style homes? I have seen many of your videos that the interior resembles farmhouse style but the exterior doesn't. I really love the big porches and that homey feeling you get when you are in one.
The houses are nice; however, there were some items that I personally didn't care for as much in the first house. What I appreciate most about this video is your transparency and honesty as you walk us through these homes. Not every home is perfect, and it was refreshing to hear you share what you like as well as what you don't like as much.
Thank you so much ! We appreciate the support !
78 degrees in January my wife is going to love that year around sunshine....
Good suggestion for the builder of the 3 story house……..install an elevator!!! Seriously! Major selling point ❤
Thanks for your honesty guys! I live in my paid for big house or I’d buy from y’all for sure.
How about how affordable a college education is in San Antonio and the numerous colleges and universities dotted all over town. Online classes! Get an education if you want!
Lived in San Antonio all my life. Used to be a descent place to live. Then everyone started moving here and buying up all the single family homes. Making housing prices skyrocket. Traffic is a nightmare now. Fiesta and downtown have become too unsafe to take your family. Way too little law enforcement. Two or more shootings per day. Soon as I can I am getting out of here before the water runs out

I can't find a single lie in your comment. I moved here after I left the Air Force because San Antonio was and is still safer than where I'm from but damn if it's not getting worse and even over here on the Southwest side the traffic is becoming ridiculous. It used to be you'd pass 151 south and the traffic would clear. It's not always like that anymore and all these road improvements are too little too late

yes
Hispanics tend to be very judgy, but the good thing is they’re not direct about it, and they’re polite to your face. The racism I’ve heard from whites towards blacks is mostly in a humorous way and not at all hateful, but again, it’s mostly kept private and not direct. San Antonio has a rich Mexican culture that whites seem to love, and when you go to a predominantly white family gathering, you’ll see diversity with Hispanic men or women and children enjoying a great time together. What I don’t commonly see is Africans being there.
The US Air Force has been in SA for decades. USAF Basic Training is at Lackland. People from all over the country and in many cases people from all over the world come to SA. SA, Austin, HOU and DFW in TX are all diverse. I even lived in Del Rio for two years. I am not white, black or Hispanic and would live in SA.
I think that this home is trash because of the fact that they charging you for the cost of a product versus the cost value of the home.
Go home. Californiaians DONT COME HERE
my nex house will be with ONX Builder real concrete no more cardboard
I think I'm the garden tub subscriber you mentioned 🤣🤣 the Highland home had it right. It was the BEST !!! home that you visited. From the entry way ( I'd change the doors), laundry room to the amazing dreamy staircase to the huge master bedroom. It had everything. I have to agree with Trevor about the kitchen in the first house and the color of the cabinets. It looked too plain and dated for the price point. By the way did you upgrade to a movie camera because it looked real crystal clear. Any way, another great video.

My husband and I plan to visit San Antonio for the 1st time & go to a couple of open houses! As I was doing research I’m curious on the cities that are known for soil/ ground issues. Also how high or below sea level are these homes?
We hope you enjoy your visit. Here is a foundation company that explains this areas foundation issues pretty well. We’re not affiliated, just a good read. herculesfoundations.com/residential/foundation-repair/main-causes-of-foundation-problems-in-south-texas/
The second house was my favorite and yes because it looked a lot bigger had a garden tub. I can't help it I am biased I'd take a bath with bubbles before a shower. #teamgardentub Oh and by the way I didn't like the back splash that looked tan

Dogs roaming all over many parts of the city. Ive miced all over rhe country and uave never seen anything that bad.
The shear amount of piggyback taxes and lower wages do not make Texas a cheaper place to live if you do the math compared to other states.
🤘🏼
Not the point of the video but they’re both so handsome.
500K is a bit much - how about 300-375K
Tell us about the crime rate

I moved to El Paso, from California about 3 years ago, I will eventually moved to SA. I found this Surfing Park in Waco Tx. You guys are correct, EPTX is pretty far from the main areas in Tx.

Not all Black people who move to San Antonio or live go through racism but other black people that live or move in San Antonio have had bad experiences with Mexicans people in San Antonio from jobs or just something as simple ad going to H.E.B
so many places that are the live capital of the world :)
