13:50 Honestly though, she should be charged as well. Here in NY if there’s an RO or an OOP and they’re found to have been together, they both get arrested for contempt of court. She put out a restraining order on him and then goes back and picks him up and she expects different results? Ridiculous. She also broke the law here.

Some criminals that go to jail for drug related charges get released earlier on probation if they agree to go to a clean and sober living house. It's a house that has multiple rooms for criminals to stay in given they take daily drug tests and get a job that they go to everyday. It's designed to help people getting out of jail get a job and get back on their feet as opposed to just throwing them out on the street and right back into the lifestyle that landed them in jail to begin with.

"That car has no compression" Well then how the hell was the car driving? Engine's without compression don't run, let alone propel a car down the road at highway speeds.... Also, you can't tell if a cylinder has lost compression just by listening to it... you would have to do a COMPRESSION TEST, which requires removing the spark plug, and installing a tester, UNLESS the engine freespins when you try to start it when there are timing issues.... It may have a misfire or something, but if it had no compression, it wouldn't drive.... If you don't know how things work in a mastered way, then you should leave it to someone who does, like my Dad says "He's got just enough information to be dangerous" If you want to be a mechanic, learn everything, and always be learning, if not, then don't at all.
