Still wrong, LOL. It's 78kWh with 75kWh useable capacity. I have a 2022 AWD C4.

I just bought the C40 dual motor model as a leftover from 2023 and only paid $32k. After trading in my old ICE vehicle, price cane down to $21k. I absolutely love it. Its my first EV and has been nothing but enjoyable to drive. Its also one of the nicest looking EVs on the road IMO.

It is definitely a sharp looking car. It was one that I strongly considered but went in a different direction.

Good review. But it would be good to check some points before filming ) "I don't know what this carpet is made of" - door inserts are recycled trash from oceans ) And the central tunnel - sure, not as convenient as without it. But it is not only the consequence of the same platform for EVs and ICE. It is the place to store more battery ) Few range more is still critical option for EVs.

I guess that's your own experience partner ... Never had any issue with the C40, no battery replacement, no leakage, no nothing. Had it for 2 years now and it's the best thing I've ever driven. I respect your opinion though.

It's not Chinese , the owner are Chinese (Geely). But the car is designed, engineered and tested in Sweden (Gothenburg) The car is produced in Gent (Belgium), i don`t know where the cars are produced for Northern America. I know several People who own a Volvo EC and the have not the problems you mention . I drive a Polestar 2, the quality is also really good (produced in China). Sorry for your experience .

Maybe more people would like your reviews if they weren't full of bad information. The 2024 C40 with the big battery has a 82kwh batteri and more then 500km range for both single and twin. It also has the new and better engines both for the single and twin setup with a 60/40 split between back and front engine in the AWD version as well as 200 kwh charging.

Can't seem to find anywhere that suggests the range is more than 478kms. Volvo's USA & Canada's website says up to 478kms of range for the single motor and 414 for the dual-motor. Mike did misspeak about the battery size of the RWD - yes it is 82kWh not 66kWh. But it doesn't get you above 500kms of range. Also, there are no engines in this - it's an EV.
