I have eaten there and the food was amazing. Great energy, great atmosphere, delicious food and ridiculously inexpensive . Felt like i was a local. I understand locals sometimes eat there every day.
This guy is excellent. Nothing simple about 'reference level' dim-sum - full props to him by the way when Gordon Ramsay himself, tried his hand in Hong Kong to try and pretend that he wouldn't be a '1st year apprentice about to be fired' at a revered house - he filmed it, broadcast it and showcased - Dim Sum suffers no fools.
I love their buns!!!!!!

NOTE the New York, California, or Vegas locations have never received a Michelin star. The food quality wasn’t high enough. (The original Hong Kong restaurant lost its star in 2021.) .
This shop is totally not .... special at all . You guys have never tasted good dim sum I guess .
Too expensive overpriced tim sum!
