The night is always darkest before the dawn, keep going and don't ever loose the belief that this too shall pass however long it takes it will pass, I believe in ya mate, dig deep, stay strong

This man will be more happier,wealthier mentally and spiritually then most of us watching this.with our big cars,houses,expensive clothes etc etc

Let's stop blaming the system, parents etc...and take accountability for OURSELVES...this wonderful Master needs to be listened to, and as he says look around and study other cultures as we are all the same. Its not all about taking but GIVING too. These are my humble thoughts and follow this great Master.🙏💛🎉💛🙏

The type of role model we all need!

I've followed Shi Heng Yi now for 2yrs and do his Qigong routines on You tube ..I have never felt so healthy and fit ..he is amazing you must watch the rest of his stuff.

Discipline, thoughtful, composed, vision for himself and environment. I have learnt so much

9 days sober , starting the gym with my 13yo tomorrow, I have some good knowledge to pass onto him , thank you all who created this podcast , much needed X much love x

Loving this from Italy. I m in love of this kind approach and philosophy of life.

I have seen many interviews with Master Shi Heng Yi, and all of them have always been enriching and very pleasant, but this one has been special, because of the questions and James' way of asking. At some moments I have seemed to see parts of the master of himself that go beyond the teachings themselves and I liked it. Thanks to both. Love

I have such admiration for shaolin monks. Their mental strength, wisdom and focus is beyond belief. Amazing humans, such a brilliant guest James. Young ones could learn so much from this guy more than the education system could ever do ! i love watching them fight. Imagine if kids looked up to those guys as role models ... the world would be such a better place.

That pizza advent in amongst a interview with a man like that is symbolic of how we live and why so many are struggling

Spot on you can’t change the outside world. We can of course have morals and attitudes towards our behaviour in the world and we can try to behave with integrity, but as the wise master says we can only change our attitudes to the stimuli

still cant wrap my head round musicians who talk about absolute garbage get 7777mill views and people dont take there time out and listen to this man

Really enjoyed listening to this man. The way he talks about taking action, discipline and giving meaning to your own life really struck a cord with me. Great choice of guest, James.👍

My one way to feel good enough was through caring for animals but some mistakes i made from others perspective made me feel i still wasnt good enough. I am actually happy with not having much monetary wise as i live countryside with amazing views and nature. I am kind to other peoples with out expectation. I need to get peace within now.
