ABC FIGHT CLUB е специализиран в тренировките по бойни изкуства и бойни спортове в продължение на повече от 30 години. Клубът предлага различни видове тренировки - таекуон-до, кик бокс, бокс, савате, мма, корейските бойни изкуства хапкидо и кумдо, занимания по СИСТЕМА и др. Разполага с добре оборудвана спортна зала и предлага гъвкав график сутрин, вечер и през деня. Тренировките се водят от квалифицирани треньори и инструктори с дългогодишен практически стаж в работата с деца и възрастни. Има специализирани групи по таекуон-до за деца на възраст 5 - 9 години, 10-16 години, юноши и възрастни, любители и професионалисти, специализирани групи по кикбокс за деца 4-9 години, 10-16 години,юноши девойки и възрастни, любители и професионалисти . ABC FIGHT CLUB организира и се включва в разнообразни инициативи, които популяризират бойните изкуства като начин на живот, физическата активност, движението и здравословното хранене, борбата със стреса, справянето с агресията и вредните навици. Предлагат се и тренировки за спортисти на високо професионално ниво, с доказан успех, в лицето на десетки световни и европейски шампиони и медалисти.

Also, no one can fake and lie so much about being a official shaolin master and take money for training others. Did Shi ever told you that he never had any proper training in a shaolin temple? He tricked you guys good ^^

@@ole01 Only an idiot would say that about Master Shi Heng Yi. He is the greatest martial arts teacher in the world.
That humor was great. Great timing
The more I listen to him the more I see how his martial art is just the icing on the cake - his genius is really the transformation of the philosophy of the martial training in a sort of existential transcendence. Man, what a time to be alive!

Life indeed ends in death. There is no pain like this body. There is no happiness higher than rest. Hunger is the worst of dis eases. The body is the greatest of pain. If I truly know this, that is nirvana.

Martial arts training has always been like that in China, Okinawa, Japan... in China they say someone who has skill in anything has put in "bitter kung fu" ... they've always knows its hard work
