Very educative. I love his videos. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. i believe we can simultaneously admit that there are people we can't love right now and at the same time aspire to someday have an understanding that allows us to genuinely feel compassion and love even for those that have abused us. being genuine is the only way in my opinion. there are a few people in my life that all i can genuinely say right now is that i aspire to not hate them. with the greater aspiration of having genuine compassion towards them. and if that never happens, i'm kind of fine with that. actually i have moments of feeling compassion for them and acceptance of what happened. only moments. and honestly i think that is pretty good!

Desire is what motivates us as humans even Buddha had the desire of being liberated. By avoiding lust and desire you make them very powerful and dangerous . Accepting and acknowledging that we have desires and feel lust makes us aware that we, as humans, have these feelings or thoughts because they are part of the human experience. Buddhism is rooted in Hinduism which teaches ADVAITA (non dual) as the truth. Do not judge anything nor anyone because everything and everyone is an expression of the Divine. Love is all there is even if we can't understand it rationally but our heart already knows.

“Forget” = Choosing not to remember/ “re-feel”/ recall. You can remember something without resentment if you have let it go. The ego is what holds onto stuff. Ask yourself why it still lingers or why you feel like you can’t let go, recall the first time you ever felt that way, realize THAT is why you feel you can’t let go now-it is only social programming. No biggie 🙂

I was asked once... "What stops spiritual people from finding one another and what stops them from forming bonds with one another". I replied, "You". If others are not finding their way to us so that we can have loving relationships, this time could be your time of self mastery then you will connect with all others. Every relationship will have meaning, even the relationship you have with an animal or to the earth herself. You will pull like minded people right to you through the Law of Attraction. However, for the large part of a deep, spiritual journey, you will spend a lot of time alone. This is not punishment but mandatory if you want to become a part of the cosmic whole. Love your enemies because they made you strong.

When you judge others you are judging something that represents a piece of yourself that needs to be worked on that needs the mind to come and be present in a positive way. When you feel this you will see why loving everyone even those you do not agree with is the same as loving yourself. If you want to change reality on the outside, you must work inside yourself. As you create your beliefs and foundations on the inside so you will slowly create the outside in that image. As Yin so Yang.

When you see people and this world "with your heart" eventing is changing, you can understand more, you can feel love, forgiveness and much more. We all are connected, we all are learning. I'm learning now that the balance between our soul, conscious life and body is very important. In my opinion we need to take care of our body and mind to be in harmony.we always can give love to people, to this planet and to ourselves and have trust in Universe, everything happenes in the right time.
