When in that no contact period, I just move on with my life. As if he wasn't ever in it. I'm letting the universe lead me to whatever is down the road. Even a real true love! Someone who knows they love me and really wants that commitment with me! No hesitation. I've had that once, but sadly lost my love to cancer after 15 years. That's what I want again. So I know what I'm waiting for, not looking. It will show up when it's time for all of us. 😁

I appreciate your comment. I have played this scenario in my head numerous times. To hear "I think" whatever i.e. " you're the one" "I need more time" is not positive language. If he doesn't KNOW then, ok, let him go sit and ponder his options, but that doesn't mean I will be sitting by the phone wondering if he's had enough time to "think." That "think" message is something I won't negotiate. I may sound pessimistic but I'm too old to play games. And after he's had time enough to "think" and he realizes that now he "knows" you're the one, well now I know he's not. Booya...peace out😎😎😎

I totally agree. If you feel rejected move on especially before you have kids because time flies and don't waste your youth for someone treating you not his first priority. There's too many men out there ladies... be positive. Mr. Right won't have a chance if you are with Mr. Wrong. Better be single than be with a wrong man.

Guys. If you’re in no contact. Stay in. They come back. ALWAYS. Especially when they realize they FUCKED up. This goes for both men and women. My ex came back a year and a month after we broke up. I remember PRAYING for him to come back and watching these videos and trying to stay optimistic about him coming back. It may take a while but I promise you they will. But, by the time they come back you may have already moved on and on to someone better. Then the ball is I. Your court

What helps me is remaining single. I stumbled across this video and it made me feel nauseous. I guess I’m meant to be a lone wolf, a one man Wolfpack if you will. I get annoyed with almost all people at some point. Small things like chewing with the mouth open will lead me to make a nasty comment and it all goes bad.. I’ll feel bad afterwards but I still say the rude comment.. then in the end I’m happy that I don’t have to listen to it anymore. Date night only takes me 5 minutes now and it’s wayyy cheaper and I don’t have to do any of the gay stuff like cuddle, talk or share feelings. I think a lot of people feel like they need to pair up with another human for some type of validation. I don’t need that. We were all born, and we will all die. I don’t need a witness to this.. anyways, time for a beer and a jerkin’

"Is this fun?" Seriously? When I'm looking for a partner, I want to know that he can take responsibility for himself and work out problems. In fact, before I choose someone long term, I have two rules: 1. What is the worst thing about this man and can I live with it for the rest of my life? and 2. Can he work out a disagreement? Not that life should be full of drama, but it seems to me that a majority of the drama I deal with comes from people who don't want to work out disagreements. Someone who can't or won't work out a disagreement is too much of a coward to be in my life!

Although “is this fun” may be more of how a man would approach it, like if there’s enough sex, if she likes his sense of humor & does she like or is she willing to try adventures he likes, and also, might she become NOT fun- a drag and/or a nag.... I could picture it; men often can have different priorities than women.

@@愛愛愛愛 I went through that back in 2007, from my experience getting counseling was so healing, and I took a private investigator course, scared the crap out of him especially when he found out the course included leading to shoot at the firing range lol! He wanted to bring the skank who was young enough to be his daughter into our spare bedroom, I said bring her here, and I'll end up in the pen for at least 20 yrs. He didn't know if I was serious or not, but he didn't tempt fate. Please get counseling, and learn about narcissistic personality disorder sounds like that is him. Big hug to you on your healing,

I recently went through this with a guy I’d been dating for nearly a year and, even though I had my doubts and saw plenty to improve in the relationship, it was painful when in the end he chose out of it. It really hurt. Fortunately, this was also a time when things began to align for me after a time of struggles, so that within a month someone better in several ways did come along. I’m still figuring things out, on my own and within the new relationship, but my biggest comfort is that there’s always something better moving forward, even if that means sitting with uncertainty for a while. Thanks for this video xx

Something about the word get if you could would it be helpful or efficient to get something you may not be able to keep. If someone can overconsider this on someone like me they need to be fair and weigh everyone else as well. Say this is what they're thinking how smart can it be to move on to someone who seems better if it doesn't last neither. Makes me rejoice to them finally being single. They get exactly what they need. Yes keep on you see my grandfather believed he could and now hes lonely. Incorporating this rule is a mistake and will help nothing.

I found a beautiful blouse that’s size XL, but I’m size M. Just because the blouse isn’t my size it doesn’t mean it’s not beautiful, but it does mean it’s not my size. Hoping that the blouse were M won’t get me a blouse that fits no matter how much I wish it were. But then when I move on and look for another blouse, I find an even better blouse that’s my size, and I forget about that XL blouse completely. If he doesn’t love you or choose you, it’s not meant to be. Just because you’re size M, it doesn’t mean you’re not beautiful. It just means you have to spend more time in the store to find your blouse.

I have been on the other end of this, I followed Matthew Boggs video advice of “30 days no contact rule“ that got me through the 30 days while I focus on myself and what I could do better about myself. Then I realized that I am way more valuable and important to be worried about how somebody else is considering to fit me into their life, so similar to one of the other comments here is YOU make the choice to move on with your life and don’t worry about what their choice is, because by the time they figure it out you have already moved on and are no longer interested in them anyway! Thank you Matthew Boggs for committing your self and your life to the improvement of loving caring relationships in our universe! Happy new year 2020!!

Louise P I think It’s better we understand that Life isn’t a bed of roses and it only takes a smart and determined mind to know what he/she is getting into. There’s an adage that says: “don’t trust too much because that too much might hurt you so much”. My greatest disappointment was discovering my 8 years husband Cheating on me through the help of a prominent hacker who helped cloned his cellphone and i was able to read all his messages and uncover his Infidelity without having to touch his phone. All i did was share my husband’s number with Cyberhackingsage and i got access to his Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, Emails and Text messages both deleted and incoming ones with a remote link on my phone. I’m here in L.A and able to read my husband’s text even while he was away in Australia cheating on me. Thanks to Cyberhackingsage, now i have enough evidence for my divorce. You can contact them ( cyberhackingsage@gmail )Or Text/Call them on +14242362391 Or Via Whats-App +15713758467. Thank me later.

Idk, I think if a woman waited, and then he came back and they got married, how would she ever forget this BS time he put her on a shelf? It’s insulting and wish you-washy. Imo, you’re in or you’re out. Perhaps it’s different if you’re married & separated, and may reconcile. But if you’re not even married yet? I say, “Bail!!”

If he wants time apart, give it to him. Don't revolve your time around that person. Because if he realizes what he could loose staying apart, he won't last long away from you. Know your worth and believe in yourself to have good qualities that someone will appreciate. If not the guy you're with, someone else will.

I’m not in this particular situation but things I do during no contact times is, keep moving forward w my life even if it feels hard. Reach out to friends for support. Self care. Do what brings me joy, for me that’s painting, spending time in nature, watching good movies. Cooking. Remembering to smile & laugh. I love your videos Matt, you take a deeper more spiritual approach than other dating coaches which I always find inspiring & enriching. Your warm uplifting energy is always soothing to me. Thank you.

It was very hard to stay grounded with an ex. Now with the new one I am more relaxed when he pulls away a little. Because I understand that has nothing to do with me, but about his own issues. So this time I focus on myself , try new things, go out with friends, go to the gym, practice even more self love. Visualize how I want to feel and let the Universe to bring in him or even a better one. For now he is coming back even more passionate like before, so might be really Him the "One". We'll see 😊😉

What I do to stay grounded is look at how I’ve overcome past heartbreak. I also think about the time before I even knew the person existed. I remember that everything I think I need in that person I already have within myself. To overcome heartbreak no contact is the only way some use it to get attention from an ex but it should be used to give yourself the attention that you’re trying to give them.

Such a timely video for me. I am 4 weeks into a reassessment of our 2 year relationship. I am hopeful that he is considering the very aspects that you mentioned because we are good together as a team and have no drama between us. Our biggest issues are time and commitments we have for work, kids, and our own homes. I am trying to use this time to devote all of my energy to my job, my health, my children, and my house. But how to I quiet my mind? If I gave him all I had to give and it wasn’t enough? Or maybe it was too much for him and he didn’t know how to return it? I have hope that he sees my worth and contribution and even if we don’t stay a couple that he will see our time together as a good period in his life. I need to see it as positive and a step in my healing.

There is always someone better out there for the both of you, especially if you're having issues that can't be resolved. Try to be okay about only being with him for the time you had and look at what you've learned about yourself and the world around you while you've been together. If he does break it off with you, be dignified, cry and be sad if you need to and don't worry about doing that in front of him. But always see any ending as necessary as it propels you forward to something better. Don't react with insults and violence because it will just cement in his head that him leaving is the right decision. Move on with your head held high and always keep true to your own rules about yourself. You are always safe and loved by the Universe. Just remember to keep loving yourself as well.
