The government has been persecuting this fighter because he’s pretty much mopped the floor with kung fu charlatans. It’s really sad when bullshido pretty much runs the country- they are the gatekeepers for what is right, but ultimately they keep losing exhibition fights to this guy. I hate that I don’t remember this great fighter’s name. Now I have to look it up.

because genuine pencak silat purely teaches fighting techniques in general. while attractions like in this video are just entertainment. There is a trick, they use light bricks that have been made specifically for the attraction. even a layman can do that trick.

Nah, no way in hell When you pretend that the bullshido works on you, you very well know that you're pretending, which means that you won't use that stuff in a real fight ever. There are some many of those schools and yet i have never seen a video of a practitioner trying to use those techniques in a real fight and haven't heard of it either. I think "Icy Mike" from Hard To Hurt made a video explaining how you are not going to feel more confident from these kinds of techniques, ever
