8:29 Some people are so dumb, that they show in slow mo what they were trying to hide by moving fast: she actually stopped the fist before the hammer hit. This means that there was no point in perfoming that uppercut movement for "training" purposes, only for the show.

To be fair, what she does is not useless to her. It gained her work in movies and some followers. The only gripe I have that she should call it stunts, as it has little to do with fighting. Most of women training MMA, Thai Boxing or even boxing for more than 3 years would probably dominate her completely. She looks like a nice person and I wish her all best.

Bruce lee also fight against Real martial arts. that's why in one interview, bruce said, 90% martial arts are bull shit, 8% are good enough, but only 2% martial arts who really know what they doing ( he talking about underground martial arts, which he got "invited" to had a nice "talked"

I don't think this is categorize as Bushido. This girl has real martial art training, she does real body conditioning. Bushido is someone that says they have internal energy, can hit from afar and dances to take down their opponent. Those Chinese master that xu Xiao dong fights, those reiki sensei from Japan and that dancing France guy. Those are Bushido. This girl she's just doing martial art. Whether the training is useless or not whether it's not effective at all in a fight that is another thing. Aikido is not that effective in street fight, but it's not Bushido. I think we should respect each other martial art. Remember when they say karate is shit and can't win in mma? Well lyoto sure proove those guys wrong. So I think the best thing to do is be respectful, you do not have to agree with her training method but you don't have to dis her too. Or better yet, why don't you to meet and try to spar you can gauge each other abilities

Helmets are designed to crack. If they wouldn't, then the impact on the skull remains the same. The impulse energy goes into cracking, so that a lot of the impact energy is distributed over the helmet before it reaches your skull.
