I am thinking it is possible that Hyrule was an advanced society but Demise came and pretty much obliterated it. I mean they had sentient robots in Skyward Sword whom could be spoken to when you hit a timeshift stone.

I do not remember it ever happening for the green rupee, but it did happen every darn time for blue and higher. They fixed that bug in Twilight Princess HD. Thank Hylia!

There is a skipping option during the monk cutscenes. In the video, it was labeled as using the "X" button.

After she dies, skip to 6:40 to resume at the same place.

It's so weird seeing comments from before Botw was released. I forget that there was a dark period of time when this game didn't exist

There's gonna be a shrine/dungeon maker at some point; I'm calling it. There are so many signs of modularity in the way these shrines are setup, and everything is so sandbox-like with how dynamic the world/environment is and how it reacts in different ways to what you do. It's a huge sandbox of possibilities I want to play with

Yeah, I was kind of affraid of that, but in the end they did something great with their concept the games is just so inviting~

I was almost getting frustrated at how bad she was at this game, but then I realized and comforted myself with the fact that she's at least not as bad and whiny about it as Arin (Egoraptor) is.

I want to watch, but I don't want to watch. I want to solve some puzzles by myself but I must remember...this is like only 1% of the game!

I believe this game will be released in 2017, so by the time you get it, we will have forgotten what those people did, anyways :) Plus, they've made it such that there are often more than one way to solve those puzzles. AND: some puzzles are bound to resemble each other. I think we'll all be fine :)

I love the freedom this game gives you. If a Zelda game before ALBW allowed you to choose between two dungeons I'd be considered lucky. But now they went and did this, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!

Yeah the name Breath of the Wild is so fiting....it's a dream come true! We never had so much freedom in a Zelda game! it's gonna be a real Adventure RPG with a strong background! And the demo does not even include the PNJ and villages/city that are supposed to be in the game!

I really love the powers/items Link gets in this game! And to think that there are over a 100 shrines, we are probably gonna get a LOT! I dont think every shrine will have a new item though, that would be insane!

The first two times she let the platform pass all I could think was "Why do you keep moving away from it? That is your path up the puzzle"... how are some of them so bad at this? Don't companies usually get good players to show off stuff? There seems to defiantly be a wrong way of doing things. This was so painful to watch. I am also surprised that everyone seems to walk back and forwards with the magnet power, but the button commands give you a push and pull option, which no one ever seemed to use.

I feel like having bad players is a somewhat good idea. We know because we play zelda, but nintendo is trying to draw in other audiences as well. it's good for them to show it with people who aren't as familiar so consumers in the same boat won't feel as if they need skill going I'm to be good at the game.

These shrines alone are so awesome. I can't imagine what the dungeons will be like when you're following the story through, even bigger and interesting inside I guess! This is probably going to be the best Zelda I'll have ever played yet next year.

Wow, the second shrine in this video (mini dungeon) is already on par with / better than a good number of real full zelda dungeons in the franchise. Just WOW

Idk, the fact that we/re trading orbs to the old man for items makes me think he's actually some evil dude, and he's using those spirit orbs for something. XD

You can control the bow an arrow using the gyro controls which is great because most shooter-styled mechanics don't work well on consoles/with just the analog stick.

Andrew DiRisio Well if not optional in terms of turning it off than maybe it's a combination of gyro and sticks like it was in Wind Waker or Twilight Princess. That's probably the best way to control it. Big movements with the stick and small, quick, more precise movements by slightly tilting the GamePad.

I really enjoy the artwork. its rather interesting.

Visually, the shrines remind me a lot of the temples in Donkey Kong Country Returns, but more Zelda flavored.

I have a feeling if you complete all the shrines and collect the spirit you may get some like the hyrulian shield or maybe the hero tunic that be awesome!!!!

Yeah, they're are pro gamers who play Zelda games, they're all speedrunners though, but I'm pretty sure they'd be able to do a better job than any Nintendo employe lol

+Pluendi Yes but while The Kirin Tor is a previously independent/neutral order of mages. the Sheikahs are supposed to be the servants of the royal family of Hyrule or more precisely the Goddess Hylia who is always reborn as a new Princess Zelda in each game.

+Satsui He said the Kirin Tor and the Sheikahs Iook similar so I just put the major difference between the two which one has no loyalties and is totally independent while the others are bound to a royal family as servants.

This ended up being the second to last shrine I completed before the forgotten temple.

It was my 91st shrine. They say you have to use several rune abilities in it, but I used none!!!

I hope the monks don't end up saying the same bit about the goddess and ganon. Hopefully there will be some variety

I really like the scifi design of the shrines, however I have the worry that the style will get repetitive after a few of them. What I really liked from the later zelda installments is the creativity going into the design of the various dungeons. I hope therefore that there will be some style variation between the different shrines, or that they will still include larger dungeons as well.

Release the demo nintendo we want to play it so bad!

I would not be surprised if the reward for collecting all the spirit orbs was the unbreakable Hylian Sheild.

It would be SOOO cool if you could upgrade the master sword with materials like in "A Link Between Worlds."

Since I want to buy this game.

This game will be amazing a 7.1 razer headset.

There HAS to be a demo of this game there's over 100 shrines! We could at least to 10 in the demo...or 20 XD

I hope the puzzle difficulty goes up. I remember enjoying the fighting difficulty in Skyward Sword, though the puzzles weren't tooo challenging though. Not like OoT Master Quest.

Master Quest was kind of too cryptic....I think a Zelda game should not be this cryptic but not too obvious either. guess a master quest mode would be a nice recurring addition to the Zelda game for upgraded difficulty.

What if you get the hero's tunic when you get all the spirit orbs? that would be cool.

Obviously when you collect all of the orbs you get the master sword. The clues are all there. Monks talking about Hylia and defeating Ganon. I would bet a lot of money on it.

Common theory is that it will be the traditional green tunic with the chainmail underneath. Could be the sword tho too

Hints/knowledge as to why Link now has a blue tunic? I'm loving the color change =)

It looks like they are making the game with more RPG elements. Different clothing has different abilities, and since the green tunic is rather iconic, it wouldn't make sense to bring it early in the game and have it be weak sauce. The master sword will likely be one of the only unbreakable weapons, and same with the hylian shield. So you probably wont see the hylian shield until later in the game as well. As far as what abilities the green tunic will have is anybody's guess.

I don't know the master sword of the game, shown on the logo is rusted....it feels like Link is no longer the chosen one of the goddesses in this game somehow.

Remember how you can get tons of different clothing? I bet the green tunic will be one of the last ones you can get. My personal guess is you will get it the dungeon before or the same dungeon as the master sword and hylian shield. It kinda makes sense.

TheRokugoki If the master sword is rusted, it's likely because it has "lost it's power" and you probably have to do some quests to restore it to it's former glory. You had to do such quests in wind waker to restore the master sword, though I'm not sure what you'll have to do in this game to get it restored. It doesn't necessarily mean he's not the chosen one. They just went about the game design differently.

man, that shrine is pretty long and little hard, the fact its only those 4 on the plateau, DAMN ITA GOING TO GET HARD AF since theres over 100

They've now showed eight shrines in total. When this video was uploaded these to shrines they show here are located of the Great Plateau. These two shrines (in this footage) is not one of the four on the Great Plateau.

Agh! I still haven't found the first shrine in this video, and I've beaten 112 out of the 120 shrines in this game. I plan to go fight Calamity Ganon now, but I really wanna find this shrine! Is it just bad luck that it's one of the 8 shrines that I haven't found yet, or is it just really hard to find?

The technology reminds me of the tower of gods which is why I actually kinda like this does anyone else have this feeling?

Let me guess collect all spirit orbs and you can wear the classical Green Tunic and or restore the Master Sword to prime shape.
