Glad you enjoyed it! (Incidentally, I wasn't familiar with the Dunning-Kruger effect so I looked it up. I'm not sure I would categorize GMAT candidates as "people with low ability who overestimate their ability!" But you're right, the curve is similar....)

Got 730. It took two years (from scratch) and four attempts. Not easy with a full time job, one which requires travelling. Consistency is key, especially in quant. I was stuck in the ~600 range for a long time and it was frustrating not to make progress but keep at it, play with it, and you'll get better.

First online practice test I scored 240 Marks and was highly disappointed. Came across your channel and over the last month I have practiced and now up to 500-550 Mark. Planning to book my exam in the next 40 days and I really hope I get a good grade. Love your videos !!

That's awesome! I'm glad your hard work -- and my videos -- have paid off. 40 days is still plenty of time to make significant progress, so stick with it. @@dominatethegmat I started in April 2019... But due to a bunch of life happenings I stopped and started over 2 months ago, from scratch. I hired a course from a prep school here in Brazil, but their study plan wasn't doing it for me, so I did a 10 week study plan and I'm using only the videos and booklets they provide. But I got a few tips from you, and have 2 colleagues studying from the dominate the gmat full prep. They love it.

Practice test 1: 530 PT 2: 610 PT 3: 600 PT 4: 650 GMAT next week. Hoping I’m on that exponential growth part of the curve.

It comes down to a confluence of Content Mastery, Strategy, and Practice. Once you see enough of the same types of problems over and over again -- and learn how to apply the ideal strategy/methodology to each type -- everything will fall into place. For people who take my course, you'll get all of the content, strategy, and practice in a systematic way and you'll progress from phase 2 to phase 3 before the end of it.

It's getting close to being ready! And "yes," I've been having a lot of people recently sign up for my GMAT course to prepare for the EA. Just skip the geometry stuff, but everything else applies.
