I bought a lavender scented candle, specially for this storie. It makes the experience so much more real! I light it when I'm reading and blow it out when I lay down to sleep so no worries!

Especially now-- I personally have always used my dreams and meditations to create that experience and wanted everyone else to have that chance. It can be so healing and uplifting. Sweet dreams to you!
I listen to you every day. At bed time and also while doing mundane chores, up until the parts where we lay down. Before I know it I'm done and all I did was take a journey to a place I'd rather be.

This is working really well for me to sleep........lol, I haven't even heard half of the story because it puts me to sleep within 15 min..........super helpful, I've had sleep issues for many years and it helps that I love lavender alot.
