2:08 Probably the most important bit of the video. Money doesn't buy happiness but when used properly it absolutely does buy your freedom. If you know you're financially secure; you don't need to stress yourself out running the rat-race to pay the bills. The problem with a lot of people though is they'll get a bigger income, but then they'll go out and get bigger bills.

I’ve recently retired from working in financial services for 30 years. I found the last 10 years enormously stressful, but decided to prioritise saving and getting myself out. I’m in my mid 50s and live in a nice (but not extravagant) house and drive a modest car. I don’t give a toss about upgrading my home or car and I love feeling free ( for the first time in all honesty). I know better than most that we’re all different, so I know this presentation will resonate with some, but not others.

Money definitely can buy halpiness. Anyone who says otherwise is trying to sell you something...to get money...so they can be happy.

Money solves lots of problems that steal your happiness. Money buys freedom, freedom is happiness.

I think what you are describing is freedom. Actually having full freedom of choice in our lives. We could do it that way. We are off track 🙏❤️

Easy to say "money doesn't buy you happiness" when your net worth is circa $10million
