@@comic215 hopefully silverstone. Late collaboration with aiologs set me back a bit given shipping from Russia right now isn’t that the most rapid lol but the entire rig is in place finally down to the millimeter. all will make perfect sense very, very soon. It’ll be worth the wait I promise

Watching F1 races here in Italy is pretty common (watched since I was a kid) so I was amazed seeing Peter genuinely discovering F1 for the first time!

Having a weekend at Laguna Seca was quite a treat, mad props to the photographers who do these events. It's so hard to keep up with these cars while you have to hurry with heavy telephoto lenses, its also very dangerous as well such that you might have to wear a hard hat for protection.

Hi Peter. I spotted you and Matti at the Red Bull hotel lobby reception, but I didn't want to interrupt your conversation. It was my first F1 race as well. Sunday was awesome. Beautiful weather, great crowds, and a fantastic race. Glad to see you had as much fun as my family and I did. My older son is a car fanatic and he loved every minute of it.

Great video Peter! What's even more cool is that you've captured the sheer speed of F1 passing through in front of you. Something that is not translated accurately when the camera follows the car. Well done!

I was a sports photographer for 35 years, did everything from local to pro sprots... if it wasn't for that "cough" everyone was getting I'd probably still be doing it. LOVED every second of it.

I've been shooting the USGP in Austin for the last 3 years and its always a blast. Trying to do panning is insanely difficult, but when you get a good one, its epic. Pro tip - next time try to get a seat at the curves, they slow down enough to get some amazing shots. Looking forward to seeing your shots!!

I used to work for Williams and I literally went for lunch when the race started. It was the most peaceful time to relax in the paddock.

I love auto racing. Been to F1, IRL, NASCAR, ChampCar (now IRL) CanAm, you name it. So glad F1 coverage in the states is very up this year. I was resigned to watch the Montreal GP on TV this year. Peter, if you ever need a travel buddy to carry your gear to a race, call me. I'm in!

Very cool for you to experience an F1 race. I primarily work in Motorsport photography in the IMSA and SRO series, however have had experience going to F1 races as a fan. Luckily security had no problem with me bringing a 200-500 lens in as a fan so I was able to get MEGA photos from Miami this year 😂
