That's really cool - well done for all the effort you've put into this.

Nice job. Interesting constraint with the difference in bits per pixel. Seems like the video circuit update is the way to go if you want to more closely adhere to the Apple II. You'll have to go back to it anyway if you ever want to handle color.

I used to go wild for the M.U.L.E. OST. ;-)

320x192 is a smidge away from 320x180 which is 16:9. Something to think about if you can do 720p.

Are you planning on releasing the schematics and Gerber's for this bad boy? It looks amazing!! I want one.
