The Holy Grail: Christianity's Most Legendary Lost Artefact | Secret Of The Holy Grail | Timeline
A cup, a chalice, or is it the most powerful bloodline on Earth that has been in power for millennia before recorded history? The Grail has become a corner stone of Royal power and holds a secret so powerful that it could bring down a religion followed by over a billion people. Is it a gift from ancient aliens or even a relic of Atlantis? The real truth is much more interesting, and much more powerful.

"Da Vinci" isn't a name. It means "from (the village of) Vinci." His name was Leonardo, with no surname. Using Da Vinci as his last name is like saying Jesus' last name was "Of Nazareth." (Dan Brown spoiled everything.) Also, Dagobert doesn't mean "dragon pharaoh." It means "day-bright." It's a Germanic name and -bert is common in Germanic names: Robert, Herbert, Albert, etc. The Merovingians spoke Frankish, a Germanic language. Your etymology of Rosslyn is also wrong. It's from Scottish Gaelic. There is no known connection between the Knights Templar and the Rosicrucians. Those places in France (Rennes etc.) are from attested Gaulish (Celtic) names with no reference to serpents. There is no special connection between the Merovingians and ancient Mesopotamian civilization, which are too far separated by time and distance. Dragon is from a Greek word (drakôn) and has nothing to do with Dagon. Levite means "son of Levi" and has no connection with Leviathan. In Hebrew, the vowel in the first syllable is different. Jesus' words in Matthew 16:28 aren't a gift of immortality, they're a prediction that the apocalypse would happen in the lifetime of some of the Apostles. (It didn't.) There is no connection between English words for horse and words for serpent. Nag is a Germanic word that has only ever meant a kind of horse. There is no evidence that the Green Men in many Medieval churches have a pagan origin. Methuselah, not Melchizedek, is the longest living character in the Bible. Ancient sources say the druids wore white, not green. There are other errors but I got tired of writing them down. Was there anything in the video about the Holy Grail? Come on, Timeline, you can do better than this.

Because he is. Why do we call Nelson, well. Nelson when his name was Horatio? Because you become famous for being called something, that sticks through history. Is Homer actually Homer? Was Homer a collection of poets? Did an actual Homer actually exist, probably not but everyone knows who wrote the Illiad and the Odyssey.

I’m reminded of that scene in the movie “Billy Madison” where Adam Sandler reads his essay and gets the reply (not sure this is an exact quote): “after hearing this we are all dumber now.”
This guy leaps from one thing to the next so fast I’ve got whiplash. First we were on snakes, then wandering Jews, then age 30 which are also the degrees between the Zodiacal chart, then bulls, then goats, then Moses, then horns, then Hercules, then the Hydra, then back to snakes I guess. What a convoluted mess.

Since the "Holy Grail" is an invention of malicious indoctrinators seeking to dominate the masses with their stories, it's in no way surprising that a plethora of holy grails have popped up all over the world, claiming the mystical powers of something that never was. In a similar way, the church "fathers" claimed finger bones they had in their possession once belonged to apostles to such a degree than most of the apostles could only have been genetic freaks with polydactyly. There's no other way to account for the proliferation of so many bones supposedly belonging to the same saint or apostle.

Excellent! Gardiners World is a great show to watch too.
The Gospels were written long after the death of Jesus. Women prepared the passover meal and cleaned up afterwards what was most likely simple cups and dinnerware. No holy powers were associated with ‘relics” until the gentiles (Romans, Greeks, etc) injected their pagan beliefs, especially the Catholic church to make converts. Remember, the initial Christians were predominantly Jewish as were the Apostles.

@@Horvat04 The books of the New Testament were written over a span of several decades, with most scholars dating them from around 50 AD to 110 AD, well after the death of Jesus. The exact dates are often debated due to the lack of direct historical evidence and are usually inferred based on linguistic, thematic, and historical analysis. I encourage you to read the below, check out the sources I site, and see for yourself. Pauline Epistles: These are among the earliest texts, with scholars generally agreeing that they were written in the mid-1st century. For instance, the First Epistle to the Thessalonians is often considered one of the earliest, possibly written around 50 AD. (Source: Raymond E. Brown, An Introduction to the New Testament, 1997) Gospels: The four canonical gospels - Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John - were likely written between 70 AD and 110 AD. Mark is typically considered the earliest, possibly written around 70 AD, while John is often regarded as the latest, potentially written in the 90s or even slightly later. (Source: Bart D. Ehrman, The New Testament: A Historical Introduction to the Early Christian Writings, 2012) Acts and Remaining Epistles: The Acts of the Apostles and the remaining epistles (like those of Peter, James, and John) are generally dated between the 70s and the early 2nd century. The dating often depends on theological themes, writing style, and historical context. (Source: D. A. Carson & Douglas J. Moo, An Introduction to the New Testament, 2005) Revelation: The Book of Revelation is traditionally dated to the reign of Emperor Domitian (81-96 AD). However, some scholars suggest an earlier date, during the reign of Nero (54-68 AD), but the Domitian reign period is more widely accepted. (Source: Craig R. Koester, Revelation: A New Translation with Introduction and Commentary, 2014)
[posted @ 00:28:41] You do understand, do you not, that Matthew 17:1-2 is used as the explanation for Matthew 16:28, denying any supposed offering of mortal immortality (a prima facia oxymoronic notion for a mortal cannot be, at once, mortal and immortal). By the way, in the entirety of John 18, there is only one mention of Malchus and it does not mention any endowment of immortality to man whose significance to the theme of that chapter was co-incidental, at best, and minimal, at worst. If there be supporting documentation for the assertion, that should have been made clear at this time mark in this production, or an offering of an explanation that this idea is an assumptive part of the myth.

Whoever wrote this script should go into fan fiction about various mythologies. They skip from myth to myth and story to story with ao much speed that you almost dont realize this is almost entirely all speculation. This is a very convulted tale that almost 30 mins in has nothing to do with the holy grail. Most of the "facts" presented here are entirely made up or connected to other tales by wishful thinking and the barest of evidence.
There is no such thing as the"holy grail". All the dishes from the last supper would have been piched up and washed and put away after the supper was over. No one would have known or even thought of saving a drinking cup Christ drank from as "holy". Especially back then. A good Jewish household would have been put in order after supper..

The music is definitely annoying as it the extended use of imagery, though some quite intriguing, however, far too little is actually said, declarative statements are used without proper reference nor real explanation....as though we must accept the statement on a prema facia basis- just because. There is no connection and no evidence of the Merovigian line being connected to the line of Jesus whatsoever. Because there is not any. Yes, that is a declarative statement, a true one. Had to stop watching because the music became too annoying as did the 'filler' videos showing nothing and clearly meant to enhance the 'spooky' aspects of a nonsensical narrative.
The holy grail is not a cup, its Jesus's blood line. The knights Templar went to the holy city to find that line. When they found it the church took the information and hid it in the Vault in Rome. After this the French king torched the knights and killed them, and the church did nothing, as now know one can speak out on what they found.
