    thnx so much! im learning footwork for boxing and im actually pretty flexible, but my hips are killing me 👻 cant even walk properly the day after training 😂🤣

    I do something similar on my stairs.. i put my leg on a high enough step that when i try to raise my leg I only get 1-2 inches .. feel the glutes screaming at me after a few reps

    @@Flexibility.Maestro pretty well.. really feel a release in the side hip/glute area.. i do it in conjunction with other stair exercises like placing my foot on a step heel down toes up and turning the foot inward so i end up in a side kick position..that really gets the inner hip/groin working.. I had L5 surgery a couple of years ago so most of what I do now is mobility/flexibility/ strength stuff ✌️

    All the items that you use to stretch for the front a side splits will you make a list so I can buy them on Amazon or wherever

    Try placing some cushioning or padding underneath the knee to take the pressure off

    do you think over 50's would be able to benefit from this have sub'd wish you had been doing this years ago I have Tom Kurz book but was never able to understand it fully keep up the awesome content
