Seriously speaking it's really painful, when you put your into his shoe.
What endeared me to kakwenza was/is past narrative of events. I have since turned into loyal fan of kakwenza particularly because of his demeanor. Can’t wait to read the savage avenger. Appraisals not withstanding Thanks to Solomon and team for bringing this to life
The way I like him only God knows
Thank you Solomon for this interview. Thanks Kakwenza for telling your story. We shall overcome.
What can't happen in this country, I know not of! May God protect and bless your soul Kakwenza.

Thxs bro Mr kakwenza for speaking out and whatever situation is and will be this regime fight truth but we shall be free. They think when they're in power, they become judges and God too and have right to torture citizens anyhow. Freedom of expression is for everyone under the law .

EVEN THROUGH HE CROSSED THE LIMIT WHILE WRITING, DOES THAT MEAN DOING WHAT THEY DID TO HIM?
Even Afande Dhamulira is also among the Tourture people
He blows off his steam on twitter 🤣🤣
If anyone feels offended by kakwenzas writing, instead of arresting and torturing him, they should've sought legal redress. That's the civil way doing stuff in a civilised society.

Greetings our Presenter. Now with the atrocious practice of a decayed regime of oppression draw back on the killings in Uganda..do you think that a word of insult can have weight to the despotic barbaric rule on Ugandans..secondly do want Kakwenza to call them angels? or vampires? In life there is a beginning and end but Ugandans are trapped in a cocoon with no avenue of exit at the moment.
I think he meant to say TIME because if a pen was the winner it wouldn't have to be 30 years. Olaba ne Besigye akadiye nebigambo, kyogamba tayina pen 😂😂😂. Obush*ma just.
U called those people who picked ur fresh with plys or magalo ""scarvengers"" but as for me I call them SAVEGES
Kakwesa is being real, we a'e nt here to pliz any1 by coverg reality.
Naye kakwenza
Did Kakwenza really get taken to meet Museveni before he got tortured the first time 😳
The key words; savage means brutal, avenger means revenging. Was the arrest about revenge or he is the one to revenge brutally?

Hahaha
I don't think he said , speaker has gonorrhea, the problem Ugandans don't understand philosophy.. STI should be smallest of diseases to treat at a law level health centre but if it's not treated at such a level it means u can't treat a respiratory or a cardiac disease .
Ethical lines in uganda?? Where do you start to judge a writer and dont judge the system that tourture its citizens? People are angry they go so far to use brutal languanges to express themselves. Those who accuse him must accuse his abusers.
As much as his handsome you all need to focus, focus away from his good looks...: He just said he was first taken to Museveni then he was led away to be tortured. 😶 man that sounds like a mafia story!
Man,are you even safe there in Germany?
I have only one question, why is Kakwenza such a humongous threat. Being a writer, I know how much power we hold but why Kakwenza? There are several critics of the government in the country today. Why Kakwenza?

Stupid question Simon “ what do you wish for people who tortured you” 🤣🤣🤣
Though I blame so much those who violated his rights but this guy is very provocative and disrespectful. Avuma nnyo abantu. Wish he could put up his disagreements in a more respectful manner.
Solomon, you should also have interviewed Kakwenza's torturers for a balanced interview. To ME THIS INTERVIEW IS NOT BALANCED. Holistically this Kakwenza man was tortured for speaking out using government resources. Nothing has been done to them.

Is that really possible. Will Muhozi even accept an interview. It's like interviewing a rapist after his victim has shown evidence that she was raped and even DNA has been collected. Muhozi should have taken this man to court. That way, we would have heard his side.
This tym the host had the African behavior ethics , forgetting the friction expression of the guest .
Mr Kakwenza Rukirabashiaja these guy is quite aggressive and rude critics of M7. I followed him in X platform former twitter platform, the lawyer is smart and very much knowledgeable but utterly brave which has caused himself to suffer in troubles, he shouldn't wrote such kind of book against any regime specially autocratic regimes, they can easily liquidated you on the face of earth, i suspect he's being used and backed by foreigners those western countries who meddle African regimes by creating critic's and political analysts to speak against the government that they want remove, i think something is going as time goes, African intellectuals or opposition parties shouldn't be involved to be used as bartering chips to gain their political strategies. It's shame and unacceptable its beyond moral and ethical.
Kakwenza do you know that solomon is kasajja!!
Mr kakwenza is right to talk and call mu7 any thing Mu7 as killed thousands if not millions, innocent ugandans and he's busy talking how Iddi Amin was a murderer #MU7 MUST GO
The English language here is toooo much oh 🤔🤔🤔 ebimu sibitegera
But if you re a preyident, a public fugure, you must know how to handle such such sometimes abusive, angry languange. If you cannot control and understand what a leader has to do. I dont think the right way is to take in critics. You dont detain, beat or kill. If he uses rude words to the leaders of the country, let readers decide to buy his books or not buy.
If someone is very understanding and very reasonable, I can smell a rat in Kakwenzas narration.

Kakwenza says the first time he got tortured he was first taken to meet Museveni then he was taken to be tortured and the next time it was the first son who came to torture him 👀 then later met him 2 more times ... and then later Rwabwogo asks to meet him. I think it's reasonable to be abit skeptic of that story. The 1st family are personally going out of their way to meet him or to torture him 😮 don't they have better things to do? 🤷🏾♂️

In Germany, education is free. You do not pay a single penny, especially for higher education. Do some research before you comment, please.
We all know what Kakwenza was after and what he’s after. Like Lumbuye just went, these enemies of our nation will still go. First of all the fact that he’s accusations are baseless, the fact that he goes personal then that’s bullshit. I don’t think even if Muhoozi had interest in kakwenza, he would stupidly go to the cell to torture someone like kakwenza. That’s something we would all first think about. He would still send others

@@hillary8792 I don’t think so. If you much equally fixed in that box of also believing in the Lumbuyes & the Jakanas then we can’t discuss. First of all so many foolish Ugandans come out in away of thinking they’re activist or anything. How many know what an activist does, it’s not just about the so called exposing, exposing what? Are they not Ugandans? They’re exposing it to who? They stupidly think anyone cares knowing about Ugandan rotten systems. They don’t care, they laugh about it. Baganda say Nanyini Mufu.

I never saw anywhere Mandela was like those fools yet his was the worst experience but he won eventually, but all those crooks that come up with their empty heads mbu exposing will eventually wipe off like a candle. Uganda will move a head, it’s not just about politics or anything. Freedom fighters are never like that please. If they claim Uganda to be hostile, why then are they dining and partying, they only hoodwink you foolish people yet they’re feasting on homosexuality money. Definitely we will see, time will tell.

@@bagyz256 Boss, where do u get the authority to accuse people of gay money? when opposition rhymes with the whites, then they are gay!! when government rhyms with whites, then it is very okay. ehh. Baguma, this country belongs to all of us and we need to create space for peaceful and descent co-exisiting. stop throwing words aimlessly coz surely was BASELESS really important? lets have the facts. 1. Guys was tortured. 2. Guy was denied his passport. 3. Guy was denied medical attention. Guy ran away. what do u dismiss as baseless? many peole have been arrested or kidnapped, but no one has spoke about Gen M.K or even the president or even Mr Rwabogo. why Kakwenza?
Again Solomon, the man is married, to a woman, I find far fetched and unreasonable to claim misogyny. Defend otherwise this is a double standard.
What's baffling is how Kakwenza picked the interest of the German govt very swiftly that they forewent the need for him to enter their country with a passport. So many torture and abduction stories have been documented, petitions made to embassies of the western countries and we have not seen anyone except Kakwenza being airlifted to a country that is not even enemy to the state. Kakwenza's story leaves alot to be desired. It is a signal to some intricate diplomatic gymnastics between Uganda and the West (not just German but the entire West)
