The worst thing every is to have a man who seems wise using his so call wisdom to defend the wrongs. Uganda is still deeply in poverty 😔

Full authority is sovereignty, I think M7 realized that the constitution wasn't going to offer sovereignty but separation of powers "democracy" or a government...

We're now stepping into the 3rd phase of M7 of consolidating the sovereignty of Uganda/AFRIKA.

No body in his right senses will provoke a soldier. It is the soldiers that provoke members of the public in Africa whenever they are in their uniforms. They tend to intimidate civilians with it and their guns. They are still primitive.

There is a serious confusion about Military role in most African States and here show how he thinks they are above the law, free of persecution from courts and solution to every ills of the society when they are core of the very ill. You have got individuals and institution that think it has the rights to make Constitution subject of its opinion and have rule that is independent of its bind on everyone.

Wow it’s quit impressive. Mr Solomon thank you for this great work. I was suggesting you invite for us Mrs Betty Kamya to come and tell us how far she’s fighting corruption coz I think she’s ready to give out information. Thank you once again.

Mr. Ocailap argues like a historian, not a finance expert. The level at which he articulates the budgeting process and the events around it is remarkable. He is a proper technocrat 😄
