I gave up on My home district which is Ntungamo. I recall a lot of shoddy staff from PPDA. Its sickening oh my goodness. I wish you could dig deep into ASIIBE company which was headed by my late Uncle Asiimwe Benard and his friend Who passed away in 2020 in car accident. Investigate Kategaya memorial institute, plus how contracts are given out, there's a guy in PPDA called Senior Moses. He even owns construction company. There's a lot, district human resource??? Some took an application there and guy boldly told him mbu you haven't put a stone on your papers, wind will blow them away. I hope you understand the logic.

The sourcing of this information clearly satisfies the biblical king Solomon's wisdom being the wisest. You're a true patriot. I pray that the intentions behind these ghosts payments do not block your journey of digging up the truth. Basing on What's happening in Ntungamu in its real picture is a saddening situation. There's something wrong with the ground administration since it's the one causing that mayhem. Where are the national auditors? Dont local governments have national auditors to ascertain the extent to how finances are being disbursed?

I will only sleep after watching this as I have been waiting for it so badly

A great piece of documentary highlighting the failed loops in three different ministries; Public service; Finance and Health. At one point it makes you ponder how useless some posts have been; the ISO; DISO; PISO are all enjoying the allowances, salaries fancy rides, and lifestyles yet so little is done as regards our expectations. Solomon, please remind them of what our expectations are.

I wish you do a documentary about Ghost pupils/students in government aided schools across the country, for it it's not detailed like that of district payroll. A sample of 10 schools is enough to give us a clear picture.

Hard to believe but sadly this is the painful reality! Hope the entire chain of the culprits will one day face the long arm of the law. Kudos to AIIJ for this piece of great work

Later when they give them pension, they don't give them earliers; and the researc I made has it that, they delay to put pensioners on pension intentionally so that they end up eating their earliers. Investigate them also!
