Today we'll make the world-famous Irish Coffee as perfected by the Buena Vista Cafe in San Francisco. While it was not invented there, the recipe made its way to the Buena Vista in 1952. It's said that they use 100 bottles a day and the Buena Vista it's the largest consumer of Irish Whiskey in the world. Recipes at bottom of the page.
