About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.
Disclaimer: The information presented in these videos is not meant to diagnose or treat any psychiatric or medical illness. The inquiries presented herein are potent and can have powerful effects on the way you experience yourself and reality. If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. Seek help wherever necessary which might include a hospital emergency department, a suicide helpline etc.

You are so right about the fear that arises. It's intense and there is no where to go.

In Tai Chi, based on ☯️, we're looking for this great neutrality we call Zhong Ding. My teacher called it the S shaped line between the Yin and the Yang. We go very deep through sensation until we gain access to a sort of non-dual sensation. This played a big part of what lead to my own initial awakening, but it's great for cultivating afterwards, especially because it makes the body and nervous system extremely more capable of dealing with the so called Kundalini stuff. Of course, the real article when it comes to Tai chi is very rare, the regular stuff is little more than fitness for old people.

I have received similar teaching in Tai Chi. and wholeheartedly agree. Tai chi is so underestimated but as you say rarely taught in it's depth. It is also taught very directly in the current Han Family Yi Quan

You do a great job of sharing the wordless. Thanks Angelo. It seems many try to separate the physical from the nonphysical and even deny one or the other and see this as non-duality, of course this can only create confusion. From this place it seems obvious all must be accepted and embraced as the one. Just sharing this, seeming minds stream of thoughts arising here, now. Cheers from a retired soldier down under.
