@@jaimereyespena690 Constriction and inhibition is going to negatively affect the throat and it wont feel free and open. We tend to squeeze at the point of the larynx. The sound and air need to function without imposition. The cords can vibrate with little effort if we allow it to. we release and expand when we sing not squeeze or press. Generally, it is a process to attain a level of openness. A high larynx will not achieve this. A lower or stable larynx will. But it is hard to get all these things and maintain a balance and equilibrium in singing. Placing or pushing your voice forward, back, up or down will not help. The vocal cord can actually sing without forcing it to do so. Getting a good free vibration with a nice flow of air will help get this freedom. All should be done with well enunciated vowels. chiaro scuro sound. The breathing system should feel like a balloon(the mid section and stomach area as well) And when we sing the balloon expands because the diaphragm descends. This will give you more a feeling of openness.
