This film not only provides the non-stick effect but also prevents the cookware from rusting. 2. After the high-temperature treatment, the surface of the iron cookware will have tiny pores. At this point, applying cooking oil allows the oil to penetrate these pores, forming a layer of oil film. Wow what an amazing part of the world. Like time stands still there. Good for them to stick to tradition and only upsell trash to the white world while sitting on bamboo furniture. While Amazing, it is so odd to not see or even hear birds. When I was a kid visiting markers, it was unheard of when swarmed by pigeons and sparrows did overran every ledge, branch and sunny spot. Being a child the sparrows hopping and chirping and picking crumbs between feet of millions of shippers does not deter them what so ever. What did you you do with you wildlife China ?
