I really appreciate hearing Mike Tyson being so honest and vulnerable about his life...the good and the bad.

There can never be another Mike Tyson

Today before you think of saying an unkind word. Think of someone who can’t speak.

Mike truly is and was a rose 🌹that grew from concrete.. He was blessed! and had the opportunity at the right time..

To get a Mike Tyson, every star and planet had to align that one day in 1979. What I and anybody else over the age of 35 or 40 had the privilege of witnessing in real time, was something we will never see again. He was the best fundamentally sound fighter ever!!!! He had it all. He had superb boxing IQ, lighting speed, superb head movement, superb ring awareness, superb anticipation, superb confidence, and most of all superb POWER! There will never be another. NEVER! Cus D'Amato had this insane passion to help and train young fighters. He was addicted to it. He also had a deep deep knowledge of human psychology and loved teaching it. Then you have a young Mike Tyson, who was a fucking sponge who soaked this shit up, and had an insane obsession with every aspect of boxing. The history of boxing, art of boxing, art of intimidation in boxing, and the drive to be the best ever. And some say he was. Whether you believe he is or not, you can't deny that he wasn't the most ruthless savage to ever lace them up. He wasn't scared of shit. He made boxing fun to watch.

currently training in Thailand to become a professional fighter Mike Tyson has always been my biggest hero since i was a kid to go through so much pain and still rise to the occasion become a champion and still be able to find beauty in this sick world hes not only a genius at boxing hes a genius at being a human being

This has gotten me through so much, I listen to it almost daily sometimes knowing such a man is just like any of us. Vulnerable, low self-esteem, wanting to be wanted and included.

Every time I take a fight, I always find myself listening to Mike Tyson, and Cus D'amato. Getting into his psyche, and the monster that Cus built just resonates with me, and pushes me to pursue greatness in combat sports.
